Whoever delivers the mail in Capehart, you are not doing a good job you left someone else's package in my box and plus my package was delivered to someone else and I did not receive it.

I feel like it’s common sense when something doesn’t fit in a mailbox to just leave it at the door. But apparently Beeville Post Office wasn’t aware of that. Instead they love to shove all of packages into my tiny mailbox. Bending and crushing everything I order. I get it you have a busy job, but don’t ruin my merchandise because you didn’t wanna walk a few steps to leave my package at my door. A lot of the items I order are EXPENSIVE and collectible items. And they’re constantly being ruined by being shoved into my mailbox. LEAVE IT AT MY DOOR. Today’s item WAS in mint condition and is now completely RUINED. I found it folded in half and squeezed in between the rest of my mail. Thank you for ruining a perfect Christmas gift.

They NEVER deliver my packages. All I get is a pink slip in the mail.It reads. “Sorry we missed you, we will try again.”Never do they go to myHome to even see if I am home.EVERYTIME I have some thing delivered and it’s going threw them I know I will be having issues getting my package. I work Monday threw Friday. 8-5. I honestly don’t have the time.

Rude. The representative in the front pushed a box back at me and said “I can’t take this.” With no explanation initially. I had to why I had to ask why. Good customer service would have stated something like “I’m sorry but this box is for flat rate shipping only and the shipping label purchase is not flat rate.” On top of that, I kindly asked if I could pull around back because I had about 25 more boxes to bring in and it was raining. (As I use to in the past when I had a bulk drop off.) But she claimed I couldn’t because they “didn’t have anyone else there” even thought I clearly saw a couple guys in the back. I would have been understanding if she told me the guys in the back were busy or was apologetic or nice in any way but it was as if she was annoyed I was shipping boxes. (Mind you, they were all prelabels and ready to ship!) This is why I stopped dealing with this USPS store initially and started shipping UPS. The ups store in Beeville would never treat customers this way.

The worst post office I’ve had to deal with. More than a few times my packages have been given to someone with the same street number. I’ve called 800 number and the mailman apologized but then it happens again. C’mon, do better.

Always rude people at the front desk, they never answer the phone, and I'm not talking about the 800 number, I had a question so instead I called Skidmore, the kind lady over there was very nice and helpful, I wish I could make the drive over there instead of dealing with this "ladies".

I mail out packages atleast once a week. I have 2 sons stationed overseas and grandkids scattered throughout the country. I have never had a problem. Becky is always willing to help with my customs lables and very courteous. I've heard people complain that she is all business. I guess I just appreciate Becky's professionalism. Thanks Beeville USPS emploees for your hard work and dedication.

Troy Hernandez is the Postmaster here at Beeville. I have talked with him twice - once about mailbox installation & once in reference to mail for a family member who is now in a nursing home. Troy listens patiently and then, he responds with such helpfulness. He is a problem-solver. He is positive. He is kind. His customer service is the best. Ever.
