Giving this store four stars instead of five because of a lot of delays I had in getting my phone service established, which was no fault of the customer service in the store. I switched over from Xfinity to Verizon and had a lot of delays on both ends, was told by each provider that my service would be established by a certain time or all I had to do was another step and then I would have service. But when each step was accomplished, there was another delay, but several hours over 2 days, it's done! Ariel & Jasmin helped keep me patient. I witnessed them helping other customers as well, and they are professional and knowledgeable about their products.

Great fast and helpful service. Got what we needed and in a place we've never been to, in a city we were supposed to be at a football game only! Thanks Verizon for the great customer service.

I drove 45 minutes to this Russell cellular store, I’ve had nothing but good experiences in the past at other locations. Came into this store 20 minutes until close time. I was greeted by the only employee in the store and was told he would be right with me. Ten minutes after the customer ahead decided to buy a phone the employee told me he could not attend to me for anything since it was so close to closing hour. I let him know that I had driven this far since my phone was damaged and he said I could always try another store. I was here to purchase a IPhone 14 Pro and An IPAD and they lost a sale since the employee didn’t seem to care about working for this store. Claimed it wasn’t his fault he was the only one there.

I was in need of a replacement phone and technical support told me to go to a verizon store because the 2 I purchased at walmart would not operate properlyWent to my local verizon store in beeville tx and they would not do anything for me until I purchased the phone and in formed me if it did not work it would cost me a 50$ restocking feeAll I wanted was a phone that worked but could not get any help until I paid for the phone they told me would cost a extra 50$ if they could not get it to workI am more than willing to pay for a phone i just want them to switch it over for me just in case it was something I did that caused the other 2 phones to not to workAbsolutely no help from russell cellular in beeville tx

The personnel was friendly and knowledgeable about the phones and equipment. They helped each other even though they work for commission. They helped find the best deals on phones for me.

I went to this location looking to switch from Sprint. I didn't have much hope coming to Verizon, because I feel like all wireless companies promise the same claim of the best service. However, what convinced me to switch to Verizon was not the company plans themselves, but the excellent customer service I received from Justin. He explained everything in great detail, if there was something I didn’t understand, he found a way to explain it. When I purchase services from any company, my final decision in closing a deal is primarily based on the customer service I receive, not the product itself. Once again, thank you Justin for all your help!

I'm a business owner. I just switch from tmobile to Verizon and somehow my number couldn't port properly. So went to the store and and the guy don't wanna help me at all after I brought 10 lines from other carrier. that guy name is JUSTIN. he shouldn't be working there. I'm bringing my all line back to tmobile. thanks Verizon
