Alto needs to offer more shipping options than just USPS. My supplies are over a week late due to USPS issues and Alto offers no other carriers or shipping options which puts people like me in a bind when something like this happens.

Horrible, avoid at all costs, they quote you a price then double it after they ship it out. Now way to cancel or return, no way to contact anyone they have no contact support it's all bots, you cannot call them. They just charge your credit card whatever whenever

Love them! Always professional. They accept my insurance (hmo blue cross blue shield). Love using their website to plan orders. They send me notices doc called in my meds minute they get it. Never had any issue. No extra fees for delivery. Only wish they matched goodrx for med prices not covered by insurance otherwise they be the only pharmacy i use since I like them so much.

Great and easy delivery. The courier even put our regular mail through the slot that the postman left on the front porch.
