Julio provides the best customer service I have ever seen. We had a billing issues and he went the extra mile to make sure we got connected to the right people to get the issue resolved. This is not a corporate store, but their customer service far exceeds anything I have ever seen at other ATT stores. I will be buying my next phone from Julio.
