“Come all the way from sugar land to get my car washed here. The owner takes care of you and doesn’t try to upsell. I was a little cautious as my car has PPF on it but they are aware of how to take care of it. I don’t take my car anywhere but this place.”

The sales process was seamless. I handled most of it via text, got helpful recommendations on standard options, and could adjust my package right up until drop-off. They even arranged a taxi to and from the shop, which made everything effortless.
The only hiccup was a one-day delay due to more cleaning needed than expected, but they gave me plenty of notice and it was completely understandable given the circumstances.

“I was incredibly pleased with these guys. My front two seats had some long-term, very stubborn stains that I didn't have the means to get rid of myself, and they knocked it out of the park. When they called me about the job being done, they said the stains were maybe 95% gone (and before starting, they said they could maybe get them about 80% out) –– but 95% is too conservative, they seriously look perfect. If I didn't know any better, I'd have thought they straight up replaced the seats with brand new ones.
Also, I really appreciated that they agreed to only focus on those two seats; lots of places don't offer such specialized service, and I'm glad I didn't have to buy a whole detailing package just to get those two seats cleaned. Very reasonably priced.
Lastly, maybe more than anything, I appreciated their attitudes. They were very friendly and incredibly responsive; I'm not trying to mess up my car anymore, but when I inevitably do, I'm coming back to Vive, without a doubt.”
“google tint in missouri city and this was the first place that popped up. went straight over there. explained i needed tint for the front 2 windows and the eyebrow bar at the top of the windshield. i was able to get right in the same day, finished with in 45 minutes. quick service reasonable price. definitely would recommend this place to anyone”

“Brought my 2015 Ford Mustang GT and girlfriends 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport to Alan and his team. Both vehicles had swirls and scratches all over with heavy oxidation and interiors. He performed a full interior and exterior detail on both vehicles. Clay bar treatment and iron decontamination on both vehicles. The Mustang was teated with a 1 step paint correction while the Rogue only needed a light polish. He finished the Mustang off with a glossy 5 year ceramic coating and the Rogue with a glossy ceramic sealant ?. Definitely brought both vehicles back to life and we are both very satisfied ??. Excellent customer service and great communication ??”

When I brought my vehicle in, the staff thoroughly explained the process and let me know that they would first attempt to buff out the damage. They were upfront and honest that if the buffing was unsuccessful, both doors might need to be repainted.
