They are always saying my medication is being delivered on a certain day but it never comes on the day they say. It's always a day or 2 later.

Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET A PRESCRIPTION THEY FORGET IT OR SAY A I HAVE A DIFFERENT MEDICATION.. HONESTLY THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS OR DEPRESSION AND THEY MAKE IT 500% more HARDER THAN IT HAS TO BE.I’ve had to constantly call them to remind them about my medication because if I don’t they won’t send it …Honestly TRAUMATIZED FROM THIS PHARMACY ON ALL LEVELS

There is a strong language barrier with the staff. Pretty sure my $2000 RX is shipping to who knows where. The lady repeated my address wrong several times.

If I could give them no stars I would. Poor customer service. First script delv only to be told it had to go back to ups because the sender placed a hold the package. Package was delivered a second time only to find it had been tampered with. Sent photos to pharmacy and was told oh it’s ok the machine tore it. Lies, the package had been opened and resealed with tape. First script delivered tampered with returning to pharmacy and transferring script. This pharmacy does not seem to give a damn about tampered with scripts.
