Very disappointing branch for Bank of America. There always seems to be an issue. ATMs don't work or a line out the door to see a teller when there is only 1 teller working. They don't seem to be really concerned about these issues.

No signs for drive-up or lobby stating that there are no tellers. Had to enter and wait just to find this out. Very unprofessional.

Long lines. Slow. Security guard and tellers (only two. Sometimes one). Every location of Bank of America is the same.

Long lines only 2 tellers working. They closed many locations but did not add staff at this location. Can't wait to move to Chase

The customer service at the Bank of America branch has not been stellar over the last nine years, however it has entered a serious downward spiral over the last year or so. I've been banking with BOA for over fifteen years, and I've been with this branch for over nine years now. Over the last year, the number of tellers has been decreased significantly. Of the few tellers that are still available, only two have any obvious customer service talents. The rest tend to look down and hope that someone else will take care of the line of customers. One teller took care of six customers in the time that the other did one. There were literally a dozen customers in line this morning when I reached the front of the line. The first teller took care of me and I never saw the other teller wait on another customer. I mentioned this at the front desk and the gentleman there was unapologetic. This was the second time we had spoken about the issue and he had told me that they are trying to make it so that customers are incentivized to go through the ATM machines. I, personally, am incentivized to find another bank.

Rick Perez, the banking manager in this location, denies service to a business customer, and bluntly says Im refusing to even answer customers phone call and please leave my branch. Worst service by any manager of a banking institution in US. Rick Perez you get the award
