Worst costumer service ever, walked in to speak with a Bank rep about changing my checking account and the receptionist with a red tattoo on her neck could not help, she began by asking for my ID before knowing my needs she mentioned they were booked for rest of day, I work in customer service I would have handled that differently fist "I would have asked did you a have an appointment if not, I would have said, you don't?, let me see if anybody is or will be open soon. Today we are booked but let me check, oh it looks like we are booked, do you want to wait to see if an appointment don't show if not will you like to make an appointment?" I would have loved to have set an appointment but no that did not happened she was more concerned about who I was by asking for my ID! "Before Anything"" I feel like I was being screened, if you know what I mean!! If i could I would have given a zero stars!! I will be closing my 4 accounts soon.

This chase bank is located near Radell and H.E.B supermarkets. The location is very convenient. I often use it here. The lines are always long. But their services are quick. I don't have to wait. People are nice here.I like here!

Honestly the best bank I've ever dealt with, most of the time there is a wait. But when everyone comes in at the same time anywhere there will be a wait. I will be back here.

Fast and easy to use automated deposit machines inside. There are two. No lines at all and there's someone to help you if you need it.

The Most unfriendly Chase bank I been to. I been banking with Washington mutual and now Chase over 12 yrs. I am a proud business owner and when I go into chase bank near my work, everyone is nice and friendly. But one morning I was on a different route to work and needed to deposit money. The greeter was friendly and courteous but the tellers were different story. There was no eye contact, no hellos, just plain unfriendly. And I ask for red Chinese New Year envelops and she didn't know where they were kept. She ask a co worker and got me a few -5 when I ask for 10-15. If she didn't know where they were, most likely the bank didn't have customers asking for them. Therefore, most likely that bank still had a whole bunch. She hurried to go get me another 10 making it look as if it was such an inconvenience to her to do that. When the transaction was done, I said thank you and there was no reply of thank you come again or you welcome come again. Wow that's my first time experiencing unfriendly service at a large institution as Chase.
