Visited Comerica Bellaire for the first time at 2:00 and I give them a 5 STAR!!
There was no line. The teller greeted me with a smile. She was friendless and offered me suggestions for my next visit. I deposited over $500 in quarters; yes I rolled my own quarters. No complaints nor negative comments.

Terrible customer service. Rude tellers specially the older lady always has a chip on her shoulder. Manager rude and lazy. And hear this, the drive thru is closing for good. One star way to generous!!!! Take your money to Stellar Bank across the street always friendly faces and great service.

On 01/24 I went to deposit money at about 2pm, the bank was closed, but people were inside, I waited thinking maybe they were eating lunch, went to the door several times, saw a lady come from a shop next door and I followed her as she never said a word, got to the door and it locked, my friend got out of the car and knocked on the glass and they turned the lights out. Sooooo very rude, why not just say we won’t be opening today. Came back the next day stood in a crowd for 25 minutes to get my deposit in and at 9:00 came to the door put a closed sign up and walked away. I really really think Comerica has the worst customer service of all banks!

I've had great customer service from the manager of this branch and his assistant. Responsive, professional, good advice about handling my transactions securely at the rates most favorable to me. I was shocked to see the negative reviews on this page and felt that I should write a review, which I never do ordinarily.

Horribly slow. They take their time and like to get together to chat even when the lobby is empty and you are the only one they are helping. The manager finished with a customer and sat there for 10 minutes before coming over to get something squared away. Shameful customer service. It took over 45 minutes for one simple transaction that would have taken 6 minutes anywhere else. Go anywhere else.

I have been working with comerica for almost 8 yrs now , this location is the worst location ever , every time I bring deposit , same person always gives issues , always he finds something not to take the deposit . His name is O’Brian Salazar. I have 2 personel and 2 business account and I will close my account and it’s just because of this employee at Comerica bank 5408 Bissonnet street location. I do deposit exactly same think maybe 30-40 times a month , and he doesn’t want to take the deposit. I will also email head quarters of Comerica bank . I will avoid this location if I were you . Find someOther bank that will take your deposit .
