I told the staff I want to checkout with a cashier. The cashier (standing behind the cash register) was unwilling to help me checkout and just point me to self checkout. I walked out without buying the basket of things I picked up. Unbelievable

I've been going to this CVS since it changed to a CVS. Now it just sucks to the point of being torn down. Personal are a altimeter low on personality and cleanliness A dumpster fire is cleaner than this store. Really gone down hill with trash in axils and shelf's are mixed up and wrecked. There was a grocery cart stuck in the milk refrigerator door for over 2 hours to keep it open?I have to argue each time to get prescriptions filled with people that can't speak English. On top of all this they are just rude. I'm moving all my families bus to Walgreens

I love CVS, that being said today the service at drive through was so terrible it took so long for her to pull my two RX's and even after saw her walk back to window took several more minutes to tell me amount. Even though I don't like to will be going inside from now on.

I went to purchase products and entered my phone number to use my rewards. The man behind the counter asked if I wanted to use $10 off. I said yes, thinking it was my reward dollars. I then remembered that isn't normally how reward dollars are processed, so as he was telling me to confirm my information and agree to whatever was on the screen, asked him how I was getting $10 off. He then points to a laminated paper that was partially covered up by a basket of merchandise outlining a CVS program that, once I moved the merchandise to read the fine print. Is free the first month and then you are charged $5/month. I told the man that was really shady to not tell someone what he is asking them to sign up for, and I left without purchasing my products. I went to leave and decided I needed to be a Karen and ask to speak to the manager. The man behind the counter said he is the manager (he said his name is Fifi). I told him he shouldn't do that to customers who wouldn't understand there is a fee and he said he was trying to explain it to me and the paper was right there.... I'm guessing Fifi gets bonus points for signing people up for this program, which may be a good one, but not tricking people into signing up for it.

The slowest pharmacy in America! If it wasn't for my insurance I wouldn't go here for prescriptions.

They were very nice and almost did their job effectively. They said that they did not have a prescription ready, yet they failed to tell me that the prescription was ready at another CVS location a few miles away. This causes significant and unnecessary hardship.

There is one incredibly rude girl who works at the front; she wears a headwrap and doesn't speak English very well, though I didn't get her name. I bought a foundation, and then two days later, decided I didn't need it. I brought it back to return it. After waiting in line while she slowly checked two people out, I walked up and said I had a return to make. She said "We don't accept makeup returns." I said "Hm, but you have in the past. What changed?" She said, "It's my manager's policy." I said "Okay..." I walked out, got in my car, pulled up the CVS return policy on my phone, and walked back in and said "I have the return policy right here; it says that I can return opened beauty products if I'm not satisfied with them." She said "Well, I can't accept it, it's my manager's policy." I asked to speak to him; she rudely said "He's not here." I asked what his name was; "Ummm... Rodrigo." I then told her that I would be contacting corporate and telling them that this CVS location does not follow corporate policies. Why is he a manager if he cannot follow policies set in place by the company? Rodrigo, please re-evaluate how you run this location and how you train your staff. Incredibly infuriating. I will never shop at this location again.

I went to this CVS store in Houston (Chimney Rock and Bissonnet) and, when I realized that I had forgotten to take my card, asked the check out lady to hold my future purchases while I went home because I had a $10 coupon that I would like to use. She said OK and I returned to the store within less than an hour only to find that all the items that I was planning on purchasing had been returned to the shelves. I just walked out and I am not planning on making purchases at CVS anymore. She could have saved me a trip, rather than saying that she would hold things for me, when she had no such intentions.
