I had a horrible experience at this nail shop.. first while getting my nails done the lady kept drilling the tip of my fingers. Also while getting my nails done, there was a burning sensation in my fingers from whatever powder they used. Once she was done I looked over my nails and there was one nail that was crooked. So I asked if I could have it fixed I had to wait at least 15-20 minutes to get it fixed. Then my toes did not come out good at all. I will not be going back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

January 24th, I walked in during my lunch break and asked for dip on my nails. Everything went fine, I liked how the tech worker and everything. Had no problems. By Saturday, one of the nails had popped off. I'm like okay maybe it was something I did, knocked it or something. By Tuesday afternoon, 4 more nails had popped off. I return to the shop so they can repair my nails. I went in and was told by the owner of the shop, the person who did them isn't here come back tomorrow. Returned the next day after work and the technician only repaired the nails that had popped off. If you can tell in the last photo, the nails are different colors. My pinky was from the 1st time I went and middle and index are the repaired nails. The pinky and my ring finger were not touched at all. The nails that were not repaired broke off that night. Returned yet again to the shop and the fixed all my nails expect the pinkys. However, they did not do a full round of dip on the remaining nails. Usually I would notice they would do 3 sets of the dip and then sell my nails. Well I guess they were tired of seeing me and they only did about 2 sets and let me go. Well as expected the nails really chipped and cracked. Highly disappointed. I spent $50 plus tip on these nails for them to not even last a week. And the subpar service was the icing on the cake. I work as a dental assistant and I wash my hands a lot, but the quality of service and how long they lasted was very disappointing. I will not be returning. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

She is by far the best when it comes to a pedicure. She takes her time, and never rushes. Always a pleasure here! Very friendly and does a great job! Thanks for taking care of me .

The people are nice and I had no wait. Do not come here if you want any acrylic work done. I asked for simple long matte black coffin and walked out with short chunky squire see through grey. Also my thumbs were much shorter and had to tell them multiple times which she did eventually try and fix them but the whole set is just trash. Unfortunately I’ll be going directly to another salon to have them fixed. I have a very important event this weekend and can’t have my nails looking like this. They are also super slow. Was there almost 3 hours and not busy at all.Services: Acrylic nails

Highly suggest if you’re getting any thing with acrylics to not come here. The only girl who can do acrylic isn’t very skilled.
