Honestly don't know whats more insulting.
-reserving a car only to be told there's no car and all they have is SUV's so I have to pay 120 more than I intended.
-getting there and being told they do have cars but they're for later reservations even though I reserved as well
-the 8 dollar inconvenience discount
-the gas tank being one notch above E.
This is the 2nd bad experience in a row with enterprise. Reserving with someone else going forward. Enterprise has burned me enough times.

Excellent, excellent service by Luyen and Kelechi! My wife and I needed transportation for a few days, which wound up being almost a week. Luyen and Kelechi were very good at keeping in contact with us and helping us extend our lease so that deadlines weren't missed and we could drive about Houston as we needed. Thank you!

One of the worst experience. We got fined for no reason which we haven’t done. Once 3k and then 2k this is really bad service ever

Difficult to get an employee on the line.
I Called 4 times in one day just to be on hold for 25 mins. No one ever answered no one called back. Very unprofessional

The customer service was amazing. I like to judge service companies by not only the job done, but how they respond when the job is not done correctly. I reserved a car for Easter weekend, but upon arrival, they didn't have anything available. They were low on staff and I was not able to leave till 2hrs later. However, after returning the vehicle, I received a follow up call inquiring about the service received. I expressed my disappoint about the time it took to receive a vehicle and not only did they apologize, but I was also given a small credit towards my bill for the inconvenience. I would definitely use their services again.

Agent Will made this rental experience super easy for me. Helped with all my extension request and was easy to reach when needed. Car was well taken care of.

Booked a car one week early. Did not have my reservation, told me a car could arrive later. I was sent to Pearland, Galleria, Stafford and Hobby airport only to be told there were no cars. When they found a car they tried to raise the car rental rate I initially booked a premium car and they tried to increase the price from $65.00 to $110.00 just for a mustang, after wasting gas driving to several locations, they referred me to. After I could find anything available in these locations the gentleman told me he would call me and give me his number to text. Needless to say 3 days later I'm still waiting on the text from him. Wow!
Enterprise I am saddened by your lack of concern for the customers and your carelessness regarding the inconvenience you put a customer through. What a scam!

Terrible service, they kept me waiting for 2 hours since I arrived to give me a car, there is only one person serving everyone, they make reservations without having cars and they give you whatever they want.

This was the most pleasant car rental experience I’ve ever had. Kelechi Ejakam and his manger were fantastic. They made us feel like we were part of the family. I actually said to my husband that I would totally invite them over to hangout.
I say this because these are the employees that need the most care. It’s very rare to find employees like this so if I were Enterprise I’d do everything in my power to keep these men as employees. They are the reason I’ll be using Enterprise again.

I've been looking around for a specific decent rental, though availability various, especially with due dates flexibility based off the rental's discretion - whether they extend or not.Went through various locations and all of which informed me that I had to call a specific store to check for availability.Special thanks to D.J. for going the extra mile and even two for checking nearby availability on several locations and helping me find what I look for.Greatly appreciate his customer service.

I’ve been renting vehicles from Enterprise for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The customer service provided by their management team Richard and DJ are truly exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure I have a smooth rental process.The rentals are always impeccably clean and well-maintained, which makes my trip even more enjoyable (Shout out to the guy who washes and cleans the cars—sorry can’t remember your name). Additionally, the rental process is a breeze - quick, hassle-free, and efficient.I highly recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch car rental services.
