The customer service was amazing. I like to judge service companies by not only the job done, but how they respond when the job is not done correctly. I reserved a car for Easter weekend, but upon arrival, they didn't have anything available. They were low on staff and I was not able to leave till 2hrs later. However, after returning the vehicle, I received a follow up call inquiring about the service received. I expressed my disappoint about the time it took to receive a vehicle and not only did they apologize, but I was also given a small credit towards my bill for the inconvenience. I would definitely use their services again.

I've been looking around for a specific decent rental, though availability various, especially with due dates flexibility based off the rental's discretion - whether they extend or not.Went through various locations and all of which informed me that I had to call a specific store to check for availability.Special thanks to D.J. for going the extra mile and even two for checking nearby availability on several locations and helping me find what I look for.Greatly appreciate his customer service.

I’ve been renting vehicles from Enterprise for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The customer service provided by their management team Richard and DJ are truly exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure I have a smooth rental process.The rentals are always impeccably clean and well-maintained, which makes my trip even more enjoyable (Shout out to the guy who washes and cleans the cars—sorry can’t remember your name). Additionally, the rental process is a breeze - quick, hassle-free, and efficient.I highly recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch car rental services. They exceeded my expectations in every way possible each time I am in need of a rental.I sincerely hope this location management and staff read this review. Keep up the great work! You truly deserve this review!

I would give them no stars if I could.The vehicle I rented was dangerous because I could not see out of the windshield very well due to erosion of the coating.I tried to return the vehicle on the day my new car was delivered but could not. Even though it was during business hours the door was locked with a business card taped to it. We called the phone number several times with no answer. We had no choice but to bring the rental back home. I had to park the rental in the street because my husband had to leave early for a conference the next morning. The person across the street hit the rental car on her way out. This damaged the rental car.. this accident would have never happened had I been able to turn the rental car in the night before. It is Enterprise’s fault. But, I did get the insurance information from the person who hit the rental car and turned it in to the employee at Enterprise Bellaire when I returned the rental car the same day it was hit. The employee called the insurance company of the person who hit the car while I was at the rental office. He said I didn’t have to do anything else. However, the Enterprise claims department emailed me saying it was my fault and I needed to file a claim with my insurance company. I called the insurance company of the person who hit my car an guess what? They already had a claim number for that accident. Enterprise was trying to get a double payment. If they pursue this further I will get a lawyer. This is unacceptable.

The guys were nice, but I was supposed to be charged 113$, so with the 50$ I had as a deposit, I'll just pay 63$, so that's 113$. However, your agent charged me 113$ , 63$ and 50$, so that's 226$. A 113$ extra, why? I can see that on my bank account.

Rich Alamo took care of us !! All bs aside and in an out with a car!! Best customer service coming from Rich!! Service was so good came back twice now !! Same great service ,fast, prompt and very caring people at this location. Visited 5 locations before this one and what a huge difference. Rich gets the job done with a smile helpful tips and all around good looking out for the customer! Enterprise is lucky to have you Rich your customer service is top notch!! Ask for Rich (Richard Alamo . He speaks Spanish as well!!!!

I would absolutely give this place 0 stars if I could, I would actually give it NEGATIVE if I'm being honest. I will try and keep this short, but not sure that's even possible...The location itself is not bad, but the manager by the name of RICK BLACKMON is by far the absolute most awful person they could have hired to "run" this location. He is a liar, a thief, and a con artist. He continued to charge my card on file for a total amount of $630 when I was only supposed to pay a deposit of $50 when I picked up the rental car, and then get the $50 back as soon as I returned the car (which I never received the deposit back to my account). He continued to charge a total of over $200 even almost two months AFTER I returned the car!!!! Every charge that was taken out of my bank account was NEVER authorized by me, nor was I aware that it was going to happen. I continued to call Rick multiple times asking what was going on because my car insurance is supposed to cover the full rental and I would not have to pay a penny more than the deposit. He agreed with me saying yes, that is what was on file under my reservation but he continued to act clueless about why I was being charged and then promised me multiple times he processed a reimbursement to the card on file. This then happened two more times... I called him again asking why????? He played d*** of course, once again telling me he would reimburse every single charge that had come out of my account. I never received a reimbursement for any of the charges he promised would come back. Two months after I dropped off the vehicle, I was charged AGAIN a total of over $200. I had to get multiple other people involved to look into this. Rick told all three of us he issued a reimbursement for a total of $575 (which was less than the amount I should have gotten back) and that the money would show up my account in 7-10 business days. Well over 10 business days had passed, no money to be found reimbursed by enterprise. We called, texted, left voicemails. Rick was no where to be found. He completely ghosted us and was never going to reissue a refund. I finally got a hold of someone else at that branch by the name of Daria, she informed me that Rick had yet to authorize the payment back to me and she would go ahead and do it herself. She sent me a picture of it as soon as she did, and I got the money back within less than 2 business days. She was the ONLY helpful and cooperative person at that location. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. Rick will rob you and act clueless as to why it was happening and then never return your calls. I just want to say thank you to Daria for actually being helpful with this difficult and frustrating situation even though she had nothing to do with my rental reservation there in the first place. 0 STARS FOR RICK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rick and Richard are very very intelligent about their business. Excellent service prompt efficient got me in an out with no problems. I would recommend everyone in the Houston area or traveling in from the airport to stop by this location

OMG!!!! Ricky Blackman is SUPER AMAZING!! Crazy good customer service from beginning to end. Very attentive and understanding! Anytime I may need to rent a car again, THIS WILL BE THE SPOT! I recommend this Bellaire location!! Thank you Rick!! You are truly appreciated! Wonderful experience!!

Ordered a vehicle from this Enterprise and didn’t know what to expect, because it looks like a small location in a shopping plaza. I was extremely surprised by the high level of service I received from the staff here.This place was extremely professional, polite, and very helpful. I had the pleasure of working with the Branch manager, Ricky Blackmon. Ricky was extremely helpful and made my experience of having to get a rental car a pleasent one. He assisted me in getting a suitable vehicle in a very timely manner.I had my infant son with me and Ricky made the process so seamless for us that my baby was able to remain sleeping through out the whole process.I would recommend this location to everyone because it has high quality people with high quality service.
