Don’t go there
I called them to fix my car tire they said it would be quicker just bring the car when I went there they were saying it needs a day to fix just flat tire even they didn’t want to check it
The day after I called a gain but they didn’t help

I’ve never had to post a review before but the service at the location was so trash from beginning to end that I had to leave a review. I went here because it was next to my job and had a fleet account to use a lady was helping me but seemed she didn’t wanna be there she didn’t even want to come out to get my car information. She told me she had to wait on approval before I could get any work done. So told me I could take my car then she would call once I was approved. I got a text saying I was approved so I called them in a rude guy name Josh are something saying I wasn’t so I go back up there in the lady said I was approved and that I wasn’t approved at first cause they tried adding other things besides the oil change. So my car got dropped off at 930am I didn’t get my car till 530 I called twice and was kept on hold 6 mins with no response my car was pulled in at 450 and I didn’t receive a call they was done it was only because I worked across the street that I saw everything. When I got my truck just gave me key and receipt and didn’t get any talk about if there was any other issues that they saw. I give them a zero on service I will be contacting the corporate office as well.

Came in at 7:18 am to for oil change I asked the lady in front desk how long it will take and she said hour to hour and half and guess what it's 11:34 am and my car is not done yet what a joke I will never come here again they just wasting your times I don't recommend any one to come to this location unless time means nothing to you. Sitting on the lobby no one comes to say anything they don't even care big mistake coming to this location.

I visited this Firestone on 6/23 and have so much to say, not one second of this visit and experience was pleasant. Firstly, my profile name was added as “Mohammad Sayeed”… I have no idea who that is and who’s to tell if they were confusing my car with someone else’s? As someone that is a lady and knows not much about cars, I feel as though I was disrespected and ignored on so many occasions. Upon arriving I was greeted by a worker with a mouth full of Burger King, who then proceeded to tell me although I scheduled my appointment there was a possibility that it would be looked at next day. (That was not an issue because that is what I intended to do). I needed to get my AC checked and a routine check. I was told that my ac needed a deeper check for $110 after already paying $20 for the initial check. I spoke to someone and I tried to express that I may know the problem, being I got it checked at another Firestone that was a little distance out. (The drive would have been worth saving my time). He ignored what I said because I did not pay the diagnostic. After agreeing to get the diagnostic, I asked “Would that be looked at today?” He rudely answered.. “ I don’t see why not.” 5 hours pass by and I called to check and receive and update. I was then rudely told that it would not be looked at until the next business day and that if I needed my car I could come and pick it up.” That was my last straw. I wish I had gotten the name of this man, he was sos so so rude. Fast forward to 20 minutes later. New local shop that listened to me expressing what I felt as though was the problem. They checked it out and I was correct, they checked it out free of charge, were very nice and very respectful. As a lady that doesn’t know much about cars, save your time and money!

I'm 100% honest with my reviews. I like to help the community by highlighting establishments that don't deserve good, paying customers. I called Firestone for an oil change, I spoke to a Stephanie. She quoted my an hour for the work to be done. As I walk in to the shop. There's not one worker inside, it looked like an apocalypse. I ask someone that walks in from the back to get someone to assist me. Next walks in a guy. I asked, "Where is Stephanie?" He replied that she was in a meeting. I advised him that I needed to be at work by 2:30 and he said that for sure he would have it done by that time. I told him to have it ready by 2pm since I would have to go back home and change. I left the vehicle there at 1 pm sharp. While I'm at home waiting for my vehicle. I get an email with an inspection notice. I asked for an oil change, and someone inspected my car without my consent? I get that car dealerships do that but I'm already on a time crunch. I have my own personal mechanic. I call at 2:01 pm to see if my car is ready. I was on hold for 6 minutes. Then- the guy said that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I walk in and there's the guy that helped me earlier. Stephanie nowhere to be found. I'm thinking she's a scheduler and isn't at the shop personally. I paid and left. I was not satisfied with my experience entering/leaving the establishment both times. TLDR: 1. LONG wait time for oil change 2. Lied about the time that it would be done on two occasions. 3. LOTS of cars being worked on which means longer wait times and will not care about the customer's experience. At $83 dollars I expect great customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely disappointing. Rude and no respect for your time and money. Froso Diasakos. Is the name you need to run from. She got a list from me saying I only need estimates and without confirming or communicating she just wanted to charge me for a diagnosis I can get for free at any location. Very trashy and disappointing. You don’t want to go to a place like this. If they can’t respect your turn. What else can you expect to trust with them. I would suggest getting a video of your repairs. I am filing for an investigation with the board . After two hours Froso and the apparent owner just. Tried to cover up instead of correctly communicating. I am just going to stay in Katy area. This area is trash and trashy people running This franchise. Trash

If I could give it a zero stars I would! I usually go to the Voss location but this time I didn’t want to make the drive there for I came to this location. I walk in and tell the woman in the front that I need an inspection to which she said I’ll be 1hr to 1hr 30 min wait . I said it’s fine I have time , she asked me again if I was willing to wait and I said yes I have no where to be. She took my keys and I sat down to wait. While waiting there are I hear from this woman is complaining to another person about her job then a Hispanic customer comes in with her daughter. After they left this woman lies and tells the other person in there “ he asked me why I don’t speak Spanish , well does he speak German, we’re in America we speak English “ the customer never once asked or mentioned why she doesn’t speak Spanish, the little girl was translation and asked “do you speak Spanish” to see if she was going to translate for her dad or not. After that they call me to tell me my car is almost done but that there are a few “recommendations “ : you need a new battery and the alternator band is needs to changed which I said no thank you just the inspection ( I had already changed the battery a few months ago and I had recently changed the alternator so there was no need in changing them again). The woman calls me to tell me my car didn’t pass mind you I have NO lights on my dashboard and I asked why and she tell me I need to change my tires and I just said no I’ll come back another day! I went to a near by family owned mechanic that does inspections and he gave me my pass inspection receipt but did recommend to have my tires rotated and aligned but they are still good and there’s no need to buy new ones. This place only wants to take money from you! Do not recommend I should have read the reviews before going !

The employees go out of there way to help there clients at Firestone. Stephanie and Rosa are just two people that go that extra mile to help clients. Very professional and kind. If I could give them an 15 on the rating I would.

i called and had appointment made, with first 30 minutes my vehicle was put into the bay 5 minutes afterwards my car was removed and parked and wasn't touched or anything until 4:09 pm appointment was at 3. when i spoke with tech he told me there was 2 other tickets before me and he grabbed a drop off. afterwards i went inside talked to manager and he got someone to patch it. afterwards i went home to put the tire on the car even tho i had the car there
