Lady there was Rude not only to me but to the costumers there as well as to the people calling on the phone. All I can say is take a day off or find a job you actually like. There's no need to be a B**** .

Let me start by saying we have been coming here for about 10 years, but it seems this was the last time; I won’t say how many cars , to this big corporation, that means nothing , took my car for alignment, they said it was something else , paid $800.00 plus the price for the alignment, the problem that I went there for was still not resolved, unfortunately my father is sick in another country, parked the car in the garage, came back 3 weeks later , tried to talk to them and they said I was the one who suggested the work that they did, now my engine light is on and they want additional $140.00, even though it’s their fault, if you come here get everything in writing. Going somewhere else from now on.

They always take such good care of me. My a/c is under warranty from when they replaced it last spring and they will be replacing.

Brand new rim, Completely nick from the hub cap after having a new tire installed at this shop. Went back to try and have them make it right. They denied that there machine touches that part and showed me only one of the adapters, When I know balance machines have multiple adapters.

I went because I had a tire with a nail, I have a warranty on my tires. A Moreno told me that they couldn't help me that day because they only had two workers. Let it be another day. A very very bad service. I felt that the person who served me was very unpleasant, perhaps because I was Latin and did not speak much English, but it was very bad service and so I still bring my tire due to lack of time. That day I had time but he didn't want to help me. Next time I'll take my money somewhere else.

This place used to be a lot better, but the manager that's been here the last two years sucks. Back in 2020 my engine burnt out because they failed to put my oil cap on correctly. Luckily the manager then was nice enough to take the blame and replaced my engine free of charge, along with covering my Ubers and rental during the maintenance. 2 years later another issue happens with my engine, due to them not putting in fluid and it burns out yet again. The new manager Stephanie was very stern and did not want to resolve the issue as the other manager did. They wanted to charge me $6,000 to replace it. Luckily I got it replaced elsewhere for $1,200. Now I came to get new tires and when I mention the tires by brand and make, but not specific name Stephanie gives me this stupid ass face like "don't you mean so and so brand?" Like yes, you dumb idiot, you understood me though right? Anyways everyone else is cool, she's the only one that sucks here. This review probably won't have an impact anyways. The district manager is always here hanging out with her and it seem like they always go on lunch together every time I come in to get my vehicle serviced. Side note: I have never left a review for anything in my life, not even the best places I've ever been to.

Today we had to go to Firestone when I entered the store the floor was wet and then I fell, and the employees didn’t even ask if I was OK that is very poor customer service ? by the way there was no wet floor sign

These thieves charged me $500 something for my brakes in the initial evaluation. Went back to drop my car the next day it skipped upwards by $600 all the way $1100 plus. Telling me that they missed rotors in the initial inspections. Nonsense! What happened to honoring the given estimate? Took my car elsewhere and got EVERYTHING done for $389 and change! Firestone needs firing!!!

Made an appt, dropped my car off at 9am, they said it would be ready at 10:30 but I ended up sitting there until noon before my car would be done! Not happy!
