How this bank has good reviews is beyond me. As a company, their goal is to waste your time. I tried to open a bank account with them online but they said they couldn't verify my identity. So, I had to call them over the phone but after getting bounced to three different agents they told me I had to do it at a local branch. They told me all I had to bring was my driver's license but after going to a local branch they said they needed a utility bill and my social security card. Further, they write your private and sensitive information down on a blank white sheet of printer paper and keep it for themselves, saying that they're going to shred it afterwards. If they can't give you the right information about opening an account, what's to make one trust them to take care of that. I'm glad I found out now rather than having to go around and getting my identity stolen because of their poor practice. Sure, they'll answer the phone but I'm sure they're pretty reckless with your personal information.

Very unfriendly bank, except for Emmanuel, after 2yrs of walking inside the bank you would think they would know you by now? Incompetent in business, I lost a $20,000 deal, after talking to a desk teller for 3 days no one returned my calls to set up a credit card transaction. The manager call me today @ frost cause I told the desk teller that I would post this. It's very sad to say this but, we are losing customer service... its #1.

This bank has horrible customer service and the Indian supervisor racial profiled me while i was trying to cash a check and was making me uncomfortable with extra guidelines that I've never had to do when i would go to the bank. This was her second time profiling me. The last time i came here was to withdraw money and she was giving me a hard time about withdrawing money from my account. I would present my license and debit card every time i go to the bank and they would be able to pull up my account. It's wild that the manager was in agreement with the racist lady.

I opened a new account at Frost today as a refugee from Bank of the Southwest/then MBank/then Compass/then BBVA/now PNC Bank - I am closing my accounts after 30+ years due to PNC's recent takeover of BBVA and its institution of new systems and management that are not at all customer-focused. My visit at the River Oaks PNC location was totally exasperating. Emmanuel at Frost Bank Bellaire was friendly, professional, and very helpful and I'm happy to do business with a Texas company.

The reason for the 3** rating is because of an inept teller. Shout out to the nice women giving out cookies and water tho. money you can get back however time you cannot get back and that is the reason for this.

Very rude treated me like trash. Manager looked and talked to me with disgust and I was cashing a settlement check. I would never bank here or refer anyone. Obviously they stereotype. Hardest check ive ever had to cash in my life. Complete hassle and run around.

These guys are always eager to help very friendly usually not very busy I'm in and out in a few minutes every once in awhile when I need a cashier's check they will waive the fee for me I love coming to this location

This location is absolutely horrible. They are NEVER busy. And the two customers they have in the bank every now and then, requires 2 employees to assist the customer. Every one is sitting around shooting the breeze with other employees. If you need "one" just one simple thing done and press for time,..... DO NOT come to this location. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I would drive out further and go to another location.

Quite possibly THE slowest service in the motor bank. I pulled in with no other cars in line and two tellers inside. It's been 10 minutes and I'm still waiting for my cash!
