“I really appreciate the work and care they provided. From walking in on Saturday and doing a final revision on Sunday. I was given great care by Natalie. They didn't have the carpet in stock but she checked with the supplier a few times and was able to get the carpet in a lot earlier than expected (2 weeks vs 4 weeks).
If you say you had a bad installer. I think it depends but the team that went in and setup did a great job. They even fixed a missing patch of concrete and filled it in.
I would recommend this place rather than other like hd and lws. You dont know who you will be getting and at least everything is done in-house rather than random subcontractor.”

The place was very full because they just had a shipment. I saw coordinating accessories and soft furnishing which was a nice addition to their offerings. “It took me a minute because the Google maps doesn't have the correct location for the store. It is located right next the the place called Toyz. When you first walk into the store you are surrounded by gorgeous flower arrangements, but in the back you go into the warehouse. Pack your patience and have alot of time because their are so many types of flowers and greenery to see. The staff was very helpful with helping with finding what I needed and arrangements ideas. Would definitely recommend this place if you need artificial flowers.”

It was a great experience from the moment I contacted them to inquire about services to the finished items being delivered. They were very helpful with fabric choices, even sent samples home for me to see in my room with my other furniture and rug. The turnaround time was faster than expected. I like that they gave me an estimated wait time, then picked up exactly when they said they would, and delivered a week later. The delivery men were courteous and careful with my furniture and home.
