Found this nail shop that had friendly staff, clean and reasonable. My husband and I came in for pedicures and we did not have to wait we had Cindy and Mindy performing a fabulous pedicure. We tried the Lava pedicures and they are very cooling and soothing. We brought our five year old and the ladies were all super sweet and friendly with her. It’s on a smaller scale compared to those chain nail salons but very quaint and the customers coming in for most part were regulars. Thank you ladies!

They took me close to closing but for two repairs and a color change on medium length nails should not have been 50.00. They did not have a plethora of colors either. She was really sweet just over priced for a color change and two repairs but when I asked how much for a refill/fill-in it would've been less than!

I came here for the first time today for a deluxe pedicure and I had wonderful experience! Mindy was so sweet and really took care of me even as busy as they were (on a Wednesday). All of the women who work here are so nice and I could tell they really enjoyed what they were doing and take pride in their business. I'll definitely be back!

My mom and I have been going since they opened in the old HEB shoppingcenter. They moved into a great spot next to marble slab. Very friendly. Tracy does all my waxing needs and is super great. I generally just walk in for a pedicure and the wait is never long but I try to make an appointment for wax, unless it is just the eyebrows.

I decided to try K Nails based on Facebook recommendations. I was not dissappointed. I have tried many other nail salons over the years. This is an exceptionally clean and lovely salon. The techs are very nice and professional. I highly recommend them and will definately go back.Services: Manicures

I just got a 50 pedicure that I think was worth 15. I came directly home and removed the lumpy, half done polish and buffed my own nails. This was my second time there. I wish I would've stayed home and taken a nap. It would've been more productive. I'm not going to waste the time to try it again even though it's .5 miles from my house. Another weird thing, the lady cleaned the bowl with vinegar while I was still in the chair waiting for the polish to dry. Definitely not pleasant.

So last Friday was my first time being there, such a clean environment, the service was amazing, they left my toes soooo pretty, but my hands were not cute at all, so Tuesday I called, asked for Karen and sent her pictures of my nails and she called me right back to go back and get them fixed, so I went back and she left my nails looking AMAZING!!!!! I am OBSESSED with my nails. The customer service is great, the fact that they didn't hesitate to get me back and fix them, I love it. My coworkers are obsessed with this place as well. Definitely coming back.

I love going to k. Nails 9n bissonnett. Karen is always very helpful with setting you up with the technician that you request to have. I have never had a problem with gwtting an appointment when asked for a certain day and time. I usually get julie and mindy which are wonderful always. I have also had hannah and jennifer. Both where good and very professional. The place is clean and sanitized as soon as the customer leaves. They also take you temperature as soon as you walk in. They all have their ppe on also have plastic protection when doing pedicures. If you ever have a problem which i have not but if you talk to the technicians working with you or karen im sure they can fix what ever the problem could be. Im very happy with k nails . Phyllis Reed

Everytime I come in I am greeted so warmly and throughout the visit everyone is so nice. One of the cleanest salons I've ever been to. They are practicing social distancing and proper cleaning procedures. My nails always come out looking so natural and last a long time. Longer than any other place I've had the powder dip done!

Worst experience ever i went there a couple a weeks ago and they made me feel unwelcome, she told me a price on the phone and when i had to pay it was another amount also i had my first pedicure there and that lady she hurt me really she bruised my feet. Am never coming back again
