I'm so happy that after I left H-E-B, I went into O'Reilly Auto Parts to see if they have windshield wipers for my Hyundai. I was greeted by Juan who helped me out and even installed them right away. I was in & out in less than 10 minutes and so happy they were installed for me. Juan was awesome! I'll definitely go back here if I need anything for my car. Thank you!

I went to this store at approx 11:00 AM and found the items for which I was looking and went to the register. There was nobody at the register so I waited for SEVERAL minutes. Finally three people came out from the back, one proceeded to answer the phone and ignore me and the other two proceeded to have a conversation with each other and ignore me. This was some of the worst customer service that I have experienced, but I should be grateful as I found the items that I needed down the road at AutoZone cheaper, so congrats to this staff, you increased your competition's sales today.

Excellent and honest manager on this store. Excellent prices. The most special thing about this place was I went to buy a gas cap which I thought I needed because I thought my gas could be stolen. The manager was honest to tell me for the type of car I have they won't actually steal my gas and the gas cap won't be necessary but I can still buy it.I didn't buy it at the end and bought something else.But this type of honesty is something you don't find at any store, the manager is really willing to be honest and help you above any other interest. Great work!!!

Ordered some brake pads... and they sent me an email telling me that it was ready and that to take my ID and call the store for they can bring it out to you.... what happens the man inside says come inside ... for we can see if we have your order.... mad at this point... because they do not know if they have my part or not... the guy told another guy to look for my order .... all of it in spanish.. thinking I guess I didn't understand... to which I responded and he shut up.... horrible service....
