Not satisfied at all. I came for an oil change and to get a diagnostic done. I’ve brought it here a few times, but they fell short on this visit. I’m honestly disappointed…
I got a diagnostic done here, for an engine light.
Instead of a thorough diagnosis- I was shown the codes and the dozen or so issues it COULD be. They told me they could replace this and that, but essentially just play the guessing game. They didn’t actually diagnose it. The person on duty explaining this wasn’t even confident when explaining any of this and sounded like they didn’t know what to do, which is why I’m choosing not to repair it here. This is a very well known issue with f-150 eco boost engines. (Cam phasers) I would’ve gladly paid more for a more thorough diagnosis and support this neighborhood shop- but that wasn’t the case. Thankfully I found somewhere else that pinpointed the problem.

Unfortunately I went to them for inspection and oil change. They put is 5 qt of oil instead of 8.5 qt and charged me for 8.5.
They said my car losses oil!!! That would be one quart per 1500 miles.
I filled it, drove for a month, took a 1200 miles road trip and after 1600 miles, lost less than 1/10 of a quart. Very polite, but not really careful. This reminds me why I only go to dealership for service, or just do it myself.

I spend paid $2000 for repairs, but the original problem still hasn't been resolved!

I just had the state inspection done today. The staff is very friendly. The counter stuff helped me print all the details that I have to perform maintenance.Nice atmosphere. They also provide Marker and drawing paper for kids. Highly recommend

I have used Prestige Complete Auto Care in the past and had a great experience, so when my car had problems I immediately knew that I should come back again. I wasn’t disappointed. They were able to address the issue and correct the problem quickly and communicate with me timely. I would definitely recommend them.

Car wouldn’t start had it towed to Prestige and they immediately got the car in the bay to check out. It needed a starter. Very clean lobby w coffee and cold water. Great location. First time customer will return.

Great service - very professional and courteous personnel! Dropped off my car in the morning for trouble shooting a complex side warning radar system. Was advised later in the day that repairs would be completed by late afternoon and no parts were needed. System required software recalibration and update. Car was road tested and returned on time. Work performed and reasonable service charges were explained by Moody.
