For once, I didn't have a huge bruise after my blood draw. I appreciate that so much.

Wish I would've gone somewhere else. I was ensured by the employee that the lab was going to be a certain price and got a bill for triple that. I called in to see why this was the reason and was told the employee just provided the incorrect information. Terribly trained staff and no compassion towards its patients.

The worst lab I've ever visited, they don't respect the appointmenttime, it is a small waiting room with nobair and they tried to charge me after check in when everything was covered by insurance. Save yourself time and energy and try a different place

Quest lost my sample again. I’ve had this happen multiple times at different locations. Unfortunately this isn’t the kind of sample you can just repeat. So, I’ve lost out on valuable information regarding my health. They also didn’t inform me and have not issued a refund. I was on hold for 20 minutes without being able to speak to anyone about it before I had to go to a meeting. I am extremely disappointed that Quest continues to have a system that allows for misplaced samples, but also one that doesn’t take accountability for their error.

Parking is easy. The receptionist is friendly and the phlebotomist is EXCELLENT! It was easy to check in with the link that Quest sent me after making an appointment online.

Went to this location today and i couldn’t Believe the people there . I had a 5 star experience with the employees, front desk and phlebotomist, all the people there besides myself and a few others were sooo rude and everyone there was demanding all kinds of things from the front desk about there appointments it was crazy .no one wanted to wait there turn . Angie or Angel the front desk kept her composure and handled all the disrespect that the patients kept throwing at her , i seen half patients in the office talk to her crazy , i was the last patient to be seen so i seen how she handled everyone respectfully . ALSO , my blood was drawn so quickly and easily i didn’t feel a thing . If you go here be ready to see the type of people that go there and how they behave.

Horrible experience.
The lab tech, Lilly Philips, was very rude towards me and my husband. She was nothing near gentle when she poked and didn’t even warn me. I have fear from needles and I was biting my thumb so hard so I wouldn’t feel the needle. I almost jumped because all of a sudden I felt a painful poke while I was thinking she was still prepping me. Filling five tubes, not once telling me any kind words although I was visibly in discomfort.
Then, with a very unpleasant tone, she ORDERED me to press on the bandaid.
When we thought we were done (because she didn’t communicate with us), my husband tried to move the chair arm to help me get up, she ORDERED him to stop in an extremely rude tone telling him to “let her do her job”
If she was worried I might fall, which she wasn’t because it was obvious she didn’t care, she could’ve asked him nicely and respectfully to wait.
A person who can’t maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with patients and their families, shouldn’t be working in a job that requires sympathy, kindness and respect.

The Person at the front never greeted anyone as they entered including myself. But the older lady with the glasses who did my blood draw was very kind and patient as I am a hard stick. I have had a pleasant experience with her both times.

Don't waste your time going to this laboratory whether you have an appointment or not. They make you wait all the time in the world and if you don't take the tests they want, they won't treat you. The only thing he cares about is the money, not the exam the patient needs. The receptionist is terrible at her job.

“Highly disappointed with our experience at Quest Diagnostics. Taking my dad, who is in a wheelchair, to his appointment should have been straightforward. However, we unfortunately went to the wrong location initially, across the street. They told us that we were at the wrong location. Would either put us on a waiting list for an hour or advised us to go to the other location. When we finally arrived at the correct site, they told us that we were late (more than 10 min) and had to be on a waiting list of 30min to one hour. To make matters worse, just as we anticipated being seen, the clinic closed for lunch, and asked us to leave and either to go to the other location or come back after one hour. They didn’t care or take into consideration that my dad was in a wheelchair. As a caregiver, ensuring my dad's appointments run smoothly is paramount, and this experience fell far short of expectations."
