The women who serve, especially the person who wears glasses, because she doesn't have her name on her shirt, treat the worst, as if they won't like their job, I'm not going to ask for anything but buy, change your way of acting. be with the client, or just with the men they like, they have good service!

Worst location in the Houston area. Zero customer service skills. Never a "welcome" or acknowledgment when you walk in. The bathroom has been out of service for over a week, maybe more. One employee is only able to speak Spanish, which is a little odd but not unheard of. They constantly try to offer you anything that isn't what you asked for. If I say, "I need it in promar 400." I don't want to waste my time being told, "promar 200 is a better match.". A match is a match either way. And yes the service is slow here, the manager sits in their office and another guy walks around the back while two people handle everything up front (one of which is the one that only speaks Spanish, so the other cashier has to help them with English speaking customers making the line even longer.).If this location wasn't 5 minutes from my jobsite, I would go to a different one.

Beware before you hand them your credit card. I went into the store at 5233Bellaire Blvd and ordered a gallon of paint. One of their popular white colors, nothing special ($24). They took my order, mixed the paint then rung up the sale. Without hesitation I gave them my credit card before looking at the can of paint (huge mistake). The top of the can and the lid were severely dented. When the salesman handed me the can, & the dent became visible to me, I asked the him if he would please give me a can that was not dented. My reason was that if all the paint was not used I’d want to store it in a can with a good seal. He refused and said i could buy an additional can of paint as they don’t accept returns on specially mixed paint. At this point my hands have not even touched the can. It had not moved from the countertop. Clearly he dented it when he put it in the shaker!! He claimed it was just fine as it had been in the shaker and had not leaked. When I again asked him to please give me an unbent can he smarted off to me & said, “It’s not like it’s going to dent your ceiling.” I’m completely disgusted at this service from Sherwin Williams. I understand the no return policy on special mix but don’t give me a damaged container & expect me to have to keep it because you charged me before showing me the dented can!!!! I had to take the can, like it or not, as I needed it to paint that day but this was TERRIBLE customer service from a Sherwin Williams location that I’ve patronized for YEARS!! The salesman’s name on my ticket was Jovane. Avoid this store & this salesman if you can!!!!

If I could give this place a 0 for lack of management a I would. This is my local paint store. I’m a general contractor and I used to come to this store often but then I stop because of the service. They take forever to help you. They always under staff. I literally waited in line for almost 45 min this is ridiculous.

I’ve been going to this store these past months but there’s a new lady at the store that I haven’t seen until these past days. She has an attitude and she’s rude to the customers specially the Hispanic people. I think this lady name’s Yanelis , y’all need professional staff in this store.

Above and beyond customer service experience! Khyrstian and the entire team took the time to mix our dark oil based paint! It was a wonderful experience with fast and easy check out. Also...the bathroom were CLEAN and SMELLED amazing!!!!

Inaccurate pricing, unauthorized products substitutions, Rude, incompetent and sarcastic service by Kristian, and long long long lines. I could go on and on but what’s the point? This was my first time shopping at Sherwin Williams, and I am NEVER going back!

Great paints and quick and polite service. I also use their little spectral analysis tool with their Match app to get perfect color matches, so I guess I'm biased.

I wanted to buy a quart of Elastomeric paint for touch up and the staff told me that he is not able to sell me a quart but he can sell me a gallon. (I gave them the color code) He told me however if I scrap some paint of my wall and bring it to them, he can match it and sell me a quart. I say OK and told him I will bring back some sample.I went going home and scrapped the paint of my wall and brought the sample back. Now, the staff refused to show his face, hiding in the office and spoke to me through a colleague of his, telling me that he would not sell a quart of Elastomeric paint with the sample I have because they do not sell the Elastomeric paint in quart but in gallons. Terrible service and wasted my trip to the store. I would rather go to Home Depot or Lowe's for my future paint needs.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The cost was way more than I thought a gallon of paint would cost these days.
