I have been waiting for the last 20 minutes for someone to come out so I can pay my phone bill. There is only 1 rep in the front who told me the other guy just came in and is getting himself together. Granted, this was already minutes to 11am. The customer service is horrible. I can see why they get this rating. They really deserve to get a grey cloud for such service.

I'm so glad I came to this T-Mobile for help! Jeremy was beyond patient and polite with me, and he readily answered all of my questions. I'm traveling to Canada soon and wanted clarification on what my phone plan allows me to do internationally, so Jeremy gave me the most precise, articulate answers. Additionally, I came in during a busy time, but it was hardly a wait. I honestly felt very welcomed by everyone in the store. Overall great service; keep it up!

Two stars only because I was promised a lot by them at first I asked about pre paid and they tell me I can get a phone for free as long as I pay the line and some other things or whatever and that I would get two months free however this is not the case so moving forward they tell me in order to get a free phone I have to join magenta max service I ask how much it would be monthly and the t mobile agent says 65$ per month I then later find out that it's 90$ per month I got the phone for free however I never got the two months free or one month free either. This phone is 5g and the signal is 5g but it constantly buffers it's safe to say I'm not having a good time with my t-mobile service plan and it's very expensive as well 90$ per month as soon as I gather enough money to pay off the phone I'm leaving the company.

I hope other none Hispanic customers are not treated the way I was treated today. I WILL NEVER SHOP this location again. HORRIBLE customer service to none Hispanic customers.

Disappointed that the free phone that was received when adding a plan was not checked. Christian answered my phone call and said that I did the phone damaged when the phone was received Friday evening and the we discovered the issue Saturday. He claimed that he personally saw the phone with a light when I witnessed our sales rep open the box at the table but I understand that free phones are not new phones but phones that are fixed and given aswell. I did not appreciate the blame I received when I did not do anything to the phone. Please check the phone with a light prior to taking it home to check the microphone and everything. I would have hoped T-Mobile would have believed me that I did nothing to the phone. Also told me that I used a dirty charger when I bought the charger from the store. Claudia the sales rep was amazing no blame on her just wished the store would believe me about the damage coming from the store. Fortunately I was able to fix the phone myself with no help from T-Mobile just disappointed with customer service. I am not a liar

I came to change my cell phone, and Cristian receives me with a tired attitude but I understand, I ask several questions that he limits himself to answering very briefly. He finally fills my patience and I tell him that I prefer to talk to someone else, he goes talk to his manager. They do not make the sale and the manager supports their un polite attitude.
