I had to look for a new cleaners near my home and found this place. On my 3rd visit I dropped off 2 pair of brand new Levi’s 512 that I had recently purchased in December 2023 for work, and upon pick up they were no where to be found. I was advised to wait a week and was followed up by management to be told they would need a copy of my purchase to reimburse me bc they are lost. I provided them w my original receipt and I had to reordered the jeans online again bc I need them for work. I called them later to see if I can give them a copy of my new purchase which came out to almost $40 more than the original purchase and they would not pay me back the new cost for replacing my jeans. I’m still waiting on my check and I will not be doing business here again after this matter gets resolved. It took 3 visits to have a horrible experience.

I work for a franchise dry cleaners and they treat us employees very bad… when it comes to my customer service is overall good with my 16yrs of experience I get scored on my experience with the customer service but when it comes to pricing I have no control on that and maybe your not the person or person(s) to be complaining to but I literally make only 1200$ a month and getting treated like a nobody due to the policy I’m asking for help in way for me to keep my job I don’t nothing but what is expected of me to the customer if you see the reviews I’m (WILLIE) only make 12$ a hour mind you I can’t even pay my rent so what I do best come to work and show they that I can do it the reviews speak for itself… but my Supervisor come telling me it’s the policy and the scores shows every time that I’m the only one that makes the list and therefore this would be my second write up.. which I didn’t sign cause I was a supervisor/manager before and signing that make you guilty of the matter at hand… like I told her that policy is the reason Tide has a revolving door with employees cause one the paid is for college or high kids… and the customers some not all feel entitled cause of their bank account and tide only worries about that cause the higher ups I don’t know if it’s the President of Edit Texas but I feel harassed and being told I’m a he only issues this franchise have is way behind lies so I’m posting this for help cause I refuse to let another job put me in a hospital or jail! So whoever responds to these I need a reply asap because I’m calling the EEOC

I had a fantastic experience at this dry cleaner, largely thanks to Willie’s exceptional service. He was incredibly efficient and went above and beyond to assist me during my first visit. His guidance made my experience smooth and enjoyable. Willie’s excellent customer service skills are truly commendable! Also all of my items came back like new.

This particular location is run by crooks. I took 2 cotton blankets in to be washed, dried & folded. On the receipt, one was listed as a quilt the other as a king size bedspread, color and label of both were entered correctly. I was charged $96.00 for having these 2 cotton blankets washed, dried and folded. The order before, they messed up 2 fairly new quilts. DO NOT USE THIS TIDE LOCATION. They are crooks.

This place does really good quality work. I have tried many (almost all) places within a couple mile radius of the city of Bellaire. This is the only place I have found that consistently does really high quality work. Willie, at the front desk, is a very nice person, very efficient and friendly. He represents your brand well. I only have one complaint: every 4th shirt is attached to a plastic strip that causes it to hang down below the others by 4 inches or so. To accomodate this hanging garmet, an extra long bag is required. What a pain this is. I have to undo this junk almost every time in order to avoid dragging the low hanging garmets accross my garage floor, and stepping on them. Why do you do this? Nobody else does this. Now if you ask me, would I rather have randomly broken buttons, replaced with odd shaped ones, using randomly selected thread colors; I would say no. Also I like that when you ask for no starch, that is what you get, rather than a self-supporting garmet that can be leaned against the wall; stiff as a board. Please keep up the good work, but loose the plastic straps.
