“Wow is all the fiance and I can say. We pulled up after applying for lease to own credit from a company called Acima and not but a few days later had a flat tire. I had $500 to work with and we decided to go see about tires at this place. JV came out to greet us and was thorough and professional from the beginning to the end of the transaction. “All I can say is that the guys at Mistry are amazing. Somehow my boyfriend's truck picked up a tietown on the freeway. It wrapped around the drive shaft and the S hook ripped a hole through the gas tank protective shield and caused a 4 inch gash into the tank. His truck is an older F150 model and Ford no longer makes or stocks replacement tanks. The brothers at Mistry spent days hunting down a good used tank. They did not give up. It was a two week process , but they kept us informed daily. Once they found the correct tank, it was installed the same day. I cannot thank Mistry enough. Other repair facilities would have given up. Thank you !”

“Quick, easy and affordable to get a tire plugged, due to picking up a small nail. $10 to remove, check, plug and put the tires back on securely.We've dealt with them before, so when my wife got in the car to go to work she noticed the pressure was down, so we took it there and were in and out in 10 minutes.They also sell both used and new tires for decent prices, although our tires were dealer mounted.And they speak Spanish and English. That's always a plus.”

“I cannot express how amazing this place is! I ran over a pot hole right off Durham (which if you're from Houston you know that's an easy thing to do) and boom I got my little air pressure tire light come on my car! I started to panic as I don't like driving w the little bitty spare tire I searched for used tire and this popped I managed to drive here very slowly and within 10 minutes I had a "new" tire. What I'm guessing the owner speaks very little English but he is super friendly and will tell you right away if he has the size of tire you need. I did hear him say he didn't have a size to another customer which I get it he can't possibly have all tires back there! They checked the air pressure to all my tires and even recommended me to get new ones soon as mine were getting old. I only paid $60 bucks for the tire if you ask me that's a great bang for your buck.”

“I pulled in on 02/14/2023 and the mechanic aksed me what was the problem i explained to him that i had a leak in one of my 2010 f-150 truck tires. He told ne it would be about an hour and a half wait. I said ok, he then proceeded to look at my tire and said he will spray it to see where the leak was coming from. He found out the leak was coming from the vavle stem then proceeded to to fix it right then and there in all about a few minutes. I didn't have to wait at all.I was more than pleased with the level of his generosity, customer service and respect. Thank you NTB employees for helping me get back on the road safely!! I recommend this company to anyone who has trouble with their battery, tires ect. If i could give 100 stars I would without question.”

“My 16 year olds son has his first car that needed its first maintenance that required brakes, then it started shaking! I initially went to a place that wanted to charge me $700 just for the brakes and then listed off about 15 other things that MUST be done that totaled $1400! I was not about to pay that much to say the least and then felt like there was an extra charge for me being a woman! Welll the issue begin to worsen over the weekend which led me to having to make some tough decisions fast to ensure the safety of my kid, so I Googled The best tire shops and GOOD TIRES popped up.There were only a few reviews but I am so glad I used those as a guide and came over. AS SOON AS I got here they greeted me with kindness and eager to help. Do you know he mentioned because I am a lady he wants to make sure i am safe he gave me a discount! He informed me the need to have a couple things that needed to be done but provided me order of importance to save on costs. When I tell you they gave me front brakes with rotors, pads and 2 new tires for less than what I was going to be charged just for the brakes!!! These folks REALLY REALLY GENUINELY care about their customers to ensure the car is safe with economical value. They ordered my brakes and had them delivered so no two or three day repair. Then to add a cherry on top they gave me a discount to return to get the work I wasn't able to get today at a lesser price only because they said it's so important for my safety. Get this the service is usually about $150 at normal places and they are giving me almost 50% off but understand that is their NORMAL price.I don't know what work you need done to your car today, but if you want a place with amazing customer service with unbeatable prices, then look no further than Good Tires! They are an ALL SERVICE mechanic facility, tires, brakes, oil changes, even major work..stop in today, you will find your new one stop shop for all your car maintenance needs.
