Today Stan serviced my vehicle (belt replacement) while providing guidance on what next steps I should take after discovering a A/C hose leak and providing quote in detail what would be involved, in which is the industry standard. The mechanics at this location has always been professional, honest, and trustworthy; and I will continue to bring my vehicles to be services at this location.”
“I was at my usual dealership for routine maintenance and they tried to get me to accept some additional services. The dealership told me my drive belt was fraying and also recommended two more things. Frankie looked at my car and told me the drive belt was completely fine and only recommended one of the other services at a fraction of the cost than what the dealership quoted me. Go to Frankie and he will take great care of you. Don’t get scammed by the dealerships.”

“Karl at Mistry Car Care is well versed in all aspects of car care. I went in with a check engine light and an airbag alert. I also needed an oil change and state inspection. They couldn’t do the state inspection because of the check engine light and Karl diagnosed the problem as faulty oxygen sensors. The airbag alert was caused by a faulty monitor, which had been discontinued by the manufacturer and could not be replaced. Karl also identified a problem with my rack and pinion steering caused by leaks. I was given options and he prioritize the repairs so I could make an intelligent choice. The prices were well within the norm and when I left all the dashboard alerts have been cleared. I left a very happy customer. I’ll continue to take my car repair to Mistry Complete Car Care.”

“I recently moved to Houston, own a 2013 Corolla and I’ve been there two times, in the first one I went to align/balance my tires, and the mechanic left a note saying that I needed to change my rear shocks. I had noticed that my car was making a noise in the back, but haven’t acted on it yet. Took my car there to change the shocks and the oil, and now it drives amazingly. The service is quick and very good, and I will be definitely coming back!”
“I really didn’t want to come back because my last experience at the Hillcroft location was a nightmare BUT I gave my original guys another go. I don’t live or work near the Richmond, Ave location anymore but I was in the area and needed to make a stop. I was extremely happy with the service they provided. The extreme care in which they explained everything to me and their overall demeanor as a team was wonderful. They even let me know when I could turn my A/C down n because it was freakin hot. I don’t know how they do it but they deserve some bigger fans and water misters or sumthin.”

“This is the greatest mechanic shop I've ever been to. My Subaru needed a new engine. Alex did everything he could to save me money. He's very honest and personable. I went in there twice and didn't spend anything because he was just giving me free advice on other issues and everything I could do before buying a whole new engine, however it needed to be done. He found me a refurbished engine with a warranty. It's been 6 months and it's working well. Alex was highly recommended by a neighbor of mine. “I went to Take 5 to get an emissions test. And while they were quite busy, I was satisfied with the service I received. The technician was polite, and once they finally got to me, it took just under 15 minutes to complete the test. (I know because I timed it.)”
“The customer service was outstanding. They acknowledged me right away, even as the 5th car in line. I was given a bottled water and asked what services I needed. Everyone that worked on my car was awesome. It felt like a pit crew of 5 guys. All professional, and a couple of them make light conversation. They showed me options for my oil and all worked together efficiently. It was great. They also explained to me their top off service that’s free before you hit 3k miles. I never knew that. I was out in a decent amount of time. I’ll be back and will only go to this location.”

I wasn't taken advantage of on price and Jimmy made sure my van got in and out quick so I could make the 15 hour drive back home!
