Tried to whisper to so called employee that we were not greeted with a smile and was told because I was looking for my drivers license head down I starred at them so in turn they treated me poorly after which the first excuse oh she’s new so I said why were the other customers she gave a smile and how can I help you. Then he proceeded to cut me off and not let me finish while getting loud and kept being rude. Since when do hire people who are not new how to greet a customer coming in the door. I’ve been going to this ups store since before it moved for over 5 years. Learn to listen to hear not respond .

I came in on Sunday the 17th and saw one of the employees (red hair, wearing a hat) handle a tough situation with a lady who was dealing with some issues. He stayed calm and respectful the whole time and that really stood out to me you don’t see that kind of patience every day.

I dropped an Amazon package for earrings off Amazon received it without the earrings inside. The person at the store was giving me a hard time, and I’m not sure if she had anything to do with it but somehow Amazon received the box without the earrings inside

The two young girls at the front, seem…. Slow and dull. They don't even greet you, just stare .
I walk in, and just get stared at, when I finally say “hey” she responds. Before I let her know that I need to do a return, I let her know that there was a UPS guy on the side that asked if I didn’t mind letting them know that he was in the back and is trying to get into do pick ups, I’ll let the girls know at the front. All they did was say “okay” And did nothing didn’t bother to go open the door for the guy in the back or let someone else know that was in the back. I felt bad the UPS man, he ended up coming in through the front .. he let them know he was trying to get in did they not know?? and the girls respond “NO” when I had literally just told them five minutes before.

The young girl working there should be replaced—throwing packages at a senior citizen is outrageous. It’s shocking that the other employees just stood there watching. I don’t know who the manager is, but they should be extremely embarrassed for allowing something like this to happen.

I’ve been to this UPS Store a few times and always had a smooth experience. The staff is professional and helpful—especially Ms. Mouton and Jesus, who go out of their way to assist. The store offers all the usual UPS services, and it’s well organized. It can get a bit busy during peak hours, but overall, it’s reliable and convenient. Definitely one of the better UPS locations in the area.

I came in to get a section of an Irish passport application witnessed, which requires a professional to sign and verify identity. The staff member jesus was showing attitude telling me to “fill it up yourself,” even though that section clearly must be completed by the witness. He didn’t take the time to listen or understand what was needed. I guess the other reviews were right about the rude staff.

This Team is the best ups / Amazon team I’ve ever experienced. They went through a hurricane worked with a gas generator all week and then still gave amazing help. So Above & beyond. You really wowed me today! Thanks for your help!

Today I went to ship a package at this location. I needed a large box, my package measures 6ft. I would pay for the packaging service. The supervisor told me they did not have those boxes. That the largest size box is 24 inches. So I don't understand that advertising that UPS is a solution for small businesses. Or maybe they didn't want to help me?

I went to this location and they were busy. I asked if they could print an Amazon label for me and they gave me the email. I waited for a while and kept asking if they had received the email. I did not know it was just one lady that could print. She seemed irritated by my asking and asked me to give her a minute. I had already been waiting too long as I am a really busy man and said I don’t have minute and as I was walking out she said neither does she. Bad attitudes towards a customer is never good for business. I will not go back to this location.

This location wanted to charge me $13 to mail a letter here in Houston. I even told them that I went to another ups last week and paid $1.07 but they said that Im confusing them with usps… I had to drive out to the location I went to last week, which is on 2429 bissonnet and I was able to mail this other letter for a $1.07. My question for the manager of this store is, are there no postal stamps here at this location?

Locked the door as I was walking up. Stared at me from the other side of the door and refused to let me in. Customers still inside. Store closes at 7:00. It was 6:59 and change. Couldn’t be bothered.
