I drove across town to make it around 6:30pm to get a notary signature and was told they left for the day . Very upsetting. They need more people to notarize documents .

This location doesn’t even honor the business hours. It’s 8:54 am and myself and a line of others are standing in the rain waiting on doors to open that’s scheduled for 8:30 am opening. Unacceptable

Go to Fedex on Beechnut. they lost my package and were of no help. much better customer service at Fedex.

Terrible experience! I shipped an item from this location and was told they could not provide a receipt. A month later and no one can tell me where the item is, it can't be tracked and even thought I contacted customer service with the exact day and time they said they can not help me. Now I am out 100 bucks because the person working here was careless or a thief. I have never had an issue like this before but I guess the lesson here is, don't leave without a receipt because they will steal your items and there is nothing UPS will do about it.

Some associates are very disrespectful. They make a lot of mistakes and they want you to pay for their mistakes. I have lost thousand dollars because of them.
