Very unreliable. I was told my clothes needed for an extended trip would be ready on a Tuesday. I went on Wednesday and they did not have everything. No calls. No customer service. We will not return.

I’ve only used them twice so far for my queen-sized comforter and they a great job. Look forward to taking clothes.
