The pharmacy has been excellent to deal with. Also the checkout counter at the front of the store has always been handled well. Sometime there are long lines at the front of store and they should have another person to help.

I visited this Walgreens to use their FedEx services for printing prepaid labels, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I only needed three pages printed, yet I ended up waiting almost an hour.
The main issue wasn’t just the delay, but the complete lack of communication. No one explained the wait, gave directions, or even acknowledged me. Employees continued serving other customers while ignoring my request.
What made things worse was that the staff seemed to struggle with something as basic as printing a simple PDF document. Eventually, a manager stepped in and printed the pages, but she just left them sitting on the printer without telling me or handing them over. I waited another 10–15 minutes before I finally asked her what happened to my documents. Only then did she go back to the machine, grab the same papers she had already printed, and pass them to me.
The whole process was unprofessional, disorganized, and discouraging. Communication and basic customer service were completely missing. If Walgreens is going to offer FedEx printing services, the staff needs proper training to handle them efficiently.
But for now, I will never return to that location and sincerely hope I never have to deal with that staff again.

This has to be the worst Walgreens in Houston. I regularly have to wait 30 minutes on hold to speak to a pharmacist. They need to hire more pharmacists. I have also tried to use their delivery service and it has been cancelled a couple of times.

Telephone service non-existent.
In the last month it is impossible to call the pharmacy to speak to a pharmacist. Every time you call, they either hang up on purpose or continue to put you on hold without saying a word. After about 30 minutes, the system hangs up. This happens even several times a day, I don't think that at every moment of the day no one can answer... If you even have a question you have to physically go to the pharmacy. Who knows, maybe it would be better to change pharmacy?

THANK YOU Walgreens pharmacist — JAMES NGO — for convincing me to switch to HEB pharmacy after stubbornly sticking with Walgreens for the past 13 years (most of the Walgreens employees, like Ricky, are great). The difference is night and day. With HEB pharmacy, 1) you no longer have to wait on hold for at least 15 minutes every time you want to call the pharmacy and 2) medication is not constantly out of stock. This probably explains why Walgreens’ stock is down 80% since 2021.

The pharmacy is a joke. Every time you call, they either purposely hang up on you or keep putting you on hold without saying a word to you. After about 30 mins, the system will just hang up on you. This happens EVERY time I try and call them. So don't even bother trying to call them - you have to physically go in.

Been filling scripts here for decades but service levels and competencies at the pharmacy have fallen off a cliff. Disconnecting callers after placing on hold 10 minutes. Taking up to 7 hours to fill an emergency script, common meds not in stock. Long lines. It’s hopeless. Find another pharmacy.
