Walgreens s rice & BellaireVery bad pharmacy Melissa there who calls herself a manager is illogical I already had the medicine ready for nasal spray for $ 5 then by chance another doctor called for same medicine And she wants to charge me $ 7.43 I told her that she should only charge 5 she started making excuses she said she thinks last medicine was processed incorrectly that’s why 5 was charged and she refuse to say who did this and she was covering up everything to hide her incompetency . She said she is reasoning that may be other one was 30 day supply and this is 60 day supply . it happened to me with Albuterol inhaler too 2 inhalers same 90mcg 200 puffs but the weight is different one is 8.5 gram 200 puffs and the other one 6.7 gram 200 puffs so these frauds with people and insurance on items what you can’t prove . She didn’t even provide any proof that previous nasal spray had 30 day supply . Which means this pharmacy is shady and they unable to prove anything to customer and she us such a fool She didn't adjust the price to settle the matter..now more questions I don’t know if 7.43 is right price or not how many drugs do they scam

By far the worse Walgreens I've ever been to smh big lady at the register was the worse cashier I ever encountered. I would never be coming back to this Walgreens I stopped by to take some money out of my car so I can load it onto a time card like I done before in the past. So I bought something and it looked like they updated their registers so I told the lady I wanted to do cash back she said just put your card in. Boom I hit my pin thinking it was gonna give me the option. No it just went through. I asked her what happened to the cash back option she was like I it was on the screen. So I had to get something else and repeat the process just for her to say it had to be a minimum of $20 when I've put less on my card.. but her nonchalant attitude and lack of customer service skills I won't be back.

DON'T GET YOUR COVID BOOSTERS AT THIS WALGREENS!!! The manager of this Walgreens store needs to find a competent person to administer the COVID booster shots. I made my appointment and filled out my information online. They lost my information online and could not access it. With only 1 person scheduled ahead of me, I had to wait an hour for my shot while the person giving the booster (an Asian woman) walked around the pharmacy and pretended to be busy. It takes roughly 5-10 minutes to input the information into the computer and give the shot, so why did I have to wait an hour? Maybe my skin was the wrong color to get good service! As a result, I was late picking up my granddaughter. If anything had happened to her, I would have held Walgreen's responsible since I left the store over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. When it was finally my turn (after an hour), it took less than 2 minutes to administer the shot. I'm not sure she knew what she was doing and I am wondering just what was injected into my arm. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!! The store management may need to be replaced if this continues.

Avoid Walgreens if you are buying OTC meds. There is a 100% markup on items to my surprise. I am visiting friends near this location and I had to purchase Pepto-Bismol which should have cost about $7.50. Walgreens charged $16.00. I never knew that Walgreens had such a high markup on their products which are a natural part of the drugstore inventory.The high markup on top of the unprofessional treatment from the staff at the checkout counter brings me to the conclusion to avoid this store chain. If I had transportation of my own when I was visiting Houston I would have gone to another store all together.Has the old saying goes, "buyer beware".

Pharmacy consistently has long waits. Often 10 minutes or more for single customer. They are understaffed, overworked, have to much business for what can reasonably be handled. Has been going on for a long time, no change (they probably don’t have room to expand), but after waiting 20 minutes with no line move AGAIN, I am done with Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy ever. Refill was late, then was told it’ll be filled on Thursday and wait for call. On Friday we go there and it’s NOT available.Try calling your doctor on a Friday evening asking for a new prescription to be sent elsewhere because these guys didn’t even have the decency to call us or the doc to alert. Not the first time it’s happened here either!!One time they gave me somebody’s insulin prescription!! Seriously??Horrible pharmacy. Ineffectual and inefficient. We are beyond furious dealing with this same issue — which has happened years before any supply chain problems. Only reason we had to pick up here is because the doctor inadvertently sent the prescription here.If you have to go to a pharmacy, try Walmart Pharmacy on S. Rice down the road. They’ve NEVER had these issues.

I was just looking for money order services because it was listed that Walgreens at this location did. I asked a Manager it was crazy that she asked the other employee did they offer money orders. I never saw that before. Won't go back! Not pharmacy either.

Not my favorite Walgreens but my favorite pharmacy! I love the pharmacy and the techs! I go here instead of another Walgreens that has better inventory and more last chance sales because the pharmacy is amazing!

Pharmacy is horrible. Milton who works in the pharmacy is a horrible human being. I was with this pharmacy for past year but after my interaction with Milton I will be switching all my scripts to H‑E‑B. Tonight was second time they have messed up my toddler’s medication. This time it was with an inhaler. My TODDLER can’t breathe bc she has Bronchitis. I waited 20 mins with no one else in line before anyone acknowledged me (while my sick toddler is hacking and can barely breathe). Then they fail to tell me they don’t have the inhaler. The script was sent over at 4:30. We went to pick scripts (antibiotic and inhaler) up at 6. Still no one informs us that this med they Never carry in store. I get home at 7 since they take forever to just hand me meds even though no patrons were there at the time of my arrival. It’s 2 min drive home. I get home and call them. Of course it takes 30 mins to get someone on phone. I finally get the displeasure of taking with Milton who finds it hilarious that my kid can’t get her inhaler. I get him to (reluctantly) call another Walgreens so I can get this med to her. I asked can you please, ask them to fill quickly so I can get my sick kid her meds and let her go to sleep. He fails to do so delaying her the medicine an additional hour. Of course you can’t get anyone on the phone at the pharmacy at either location. Then Milton finds it even funnier that I want to talk to pharmacist to complain about his horrendous attitude. Mind you second time they have screwed this poor child over her medicine. They previously were so incompetent that they could not provide proper method to dispense her antacids. It took months before they could figure it out. I hope Milton reads this and understands he is a waste of space and a real piece of work.As for my scripts they can never get insurance right. They always say they don’t have insurance approval for one of my medications. My insurance has approved me for a year to be prescribed drug. Every month I have to call Walgreens and remind them to take it off hold and fill prescription. Their scripts are also twice as much as H‑E‑B.

The worst experience ever. 3:00 Am and I made a store run for some medicine for my son as he was experiencing fever. The store clerk completely closed the store as I was walking up and stated that they are closing for lunch. I am still outside it’s 3:30Am 30 minutes has past and I was advised that they are closing the store for 45minutes to an hour. I will be calling upper management this is ridiculous as you guys did see me walking up. THIS WALGREENS IS A JOKE! NOT CONVENIENT NOR VERY FRIENDLY‼️

I would give them a 0, but that's not possible so I give them a 1. I ordered a business PDF card online to be printed there at 12 pm and called them immediately after to confirm the order and they said the order would be ready in 30 minutes and 1:30 at the latest. I walked into the store, waited in line and asked for my order and they told me the person who prints wasn't at work today. I asked for the manager and he said he would print it. I waited for 20+ minutes and then he said they called me to tell me that they couldn't print it, but I had no missed called. They lied to me and I was late to the meeting I needed them for, never go to this location!!!

Walgreens evidently now does not care if they refill a prescription on time - the only reason I use Walgreens. I get a notice my prescription is refilled and to pick it up. I get there and they say they are out of the medicine and I should drive to a Walgreens farther away to pick up or wait almost a week. They also explain that Walgreens cannot fill my prescription on time because their auto fill system no longer works well enough to get prescriptions on time and from now on I should call just to ensure auto-fill is working. Is it just me or is this totally crazy.
