This is absolutely the worse store I’ve ever been to. You call the pharmacy the just put you on hold don’t say a word. Each time they pick up they just put you right back on hold. Don’t ask could you hold. This isn’t a onetime issue.

This morning I went and Norma Munoz took care of me, a very professional girl with an excellent attitude made my day 2 days before I went and Miguel took care of me in the same very professional way and I loved the empathy he showed towards the elderly, excellent work by this young man ..!!!

Made an appointment online for yellow fever vaccination only to show up and be told that it is not done here neither any certificate can be given. Not professional or customer friendly.

I was standing with a 100 fever at the check out and so was a couple of more folks behind me. The single cashier that was present that evening was redacting a photo for a customer in front of me for over 20 minutes while the rest of us were standing and starring and the computer while he was playing with the background. After 15 minutes he went "oh sorry I forgot to delete this background here", and started all over again redacting, printing and cutting. The lack of thought, the lack of prioritization and such a horrible customer experience is seriously quite unbelievable. Such dismissiveness was truly equivalent of a third world country pharmacy shopping.

I want to say Thank you so much to a great Team Roque, Don,Dayana I placed an order of canvas on Friday 3/22, Saturday they called me saying they didn’t have the supplies to finish my order of 26 canvas ?. I was worry I needed them to be done Friday the latest. Keeping up with the crew Saturday Monday regarding shipment today Tuesday I spoked to Ana an inform me they had enough supplies that weren’t sure how long they will take but will do the best. Fast forward couple hours later she calls me with the news they had finish my order with the help of the rest of team my ORDER WAS COMPLETE.!!! Yay.!! Thank you guys I appreciate it .! ❤️

We took our baby to get passport photos done here, and the man who helped us (Not sure of his name but he had a big tattoo on his arm and dark, shorter hair) was super kind, patient, and helpful! We went during the busy hours in the evening, and he made sure to take care of us while also taking care of other customers. I just wanted to leave a review because of his spectacular customer service and patience with us. I wish I had gotten his name!

They had 10 people in line and only 1 employee at the register. Then they had a second employee behind the register choosing to do photos instead of help bring the line down.

Service - awful and seemingly deliberately unhelpful, in some cases.Photo station: possibly not updated for 15 years. INCREDIBLY slow to load and inefficient, and doesn’t tell you if you can collect photos immediately or need to return to collect until after you’ve gone through the whole process.A very frustrating experience.

The customer service in the pharmacy is a bit better than others I’ve dealt with but if you have an issue, they will avoid phone calls. After you’re on hold, they will let it ring and throw you back in the loop so it’s best to handle issues face to face here or make sure your doctor doesn’t make a mistake with the prescription.

Horrible how the cashier bothers him that Hispanics visit his store... I say his store because it seems that outside of it his work is incompetent if he has no tolerance towards us Hispanics he is not in the right place... I couldn't catch his name but he is The one who is there most of the week is an older person, so you already know who it is... I felt humiliated with my own money, it's not about begging or stealing, it's about buying that people go to
