I was standing with a 100 fever at the check out and so was a couple of more folks behind me. The single cashier that was present that evening was redacting a photo for a customer in front of me for over 20 minutes while the rest of us were standing and starring and the computer while he was playing with the background. After 15 minutes he went "oh sorry I forgot to delete this background here", and started all over again redacting, printing and cutting. The lack of thought, the lack of prioritization and such a horrible customer experience is seriously quite unbelievable. Such dismissiveness was truly equivalent of a third world country pharmacy shopping.

Staff is polite but drive thru window impossible. One of two lanes is always broken. The other takes forever. I waited 15 minutes today with only one car ahead of me. Same story last month.

horrible! came here to pick up needed photos the day before Father's Day and they had a cart in front of the door and said they were closed because they were short staffed & couldn't operate. Such a inconvenience & management needs to do better with scheduling & being able to operate during holidays!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!! Stay away from this pharmacy, they do not care. I was left on hold for over 30 mins. They will not speak to anyone on the phone. Good luck getting through to them. I tried 5 individual times calling and was left on hold every single time!!!

They gave my son's medicine to another person twice! Then told me that it was nobody's fault! Check your meds to make sure they're yours.

I would give them a 0, but that's not possible so I give them a 1. I ordered a business PDF card online to be printed there at 12 pm and called them immediately after to confirm the order and they said the order would be ready in 30 minutes and 1:30 at the latest. I walked into the store, waited in line and asked for my order and they told me the person who prints wasn't at work today. I asked for the manager and he said he would print it. I waited for 20+ minutes and then he said they called me to tell me that they couldn't print it, but I had no missed called. They lied to me and I was late to the meeting I needed them for, never go to this location!!!

Don't bother calling, was waiting for someone to pick up the phone for over 15mins and decided to just drive down there while the phone was still ringing. Get to the counter, sure enough, phone was ringing and atleast 5 people ignored the phone and couldn't even answer a simple question. Imagine the elderly needing to call and can't drive to the store themselves and can't simply answer the damn phone!

They had my prescription for so long it expired. They didn't bother to tell me so I need a new paper script. And every time they mess up, they spit out the same speech. "I'm so sorry..." Yeah well, sorry doesn't cut it. I'll take my business where they know what they're doing and don't screw over the customers.

This is the second time they shorted the number of pills in the prescription for me and my family. Tried to call them about it but was put on hold for more than 40 min then was disconnected. Will be transferring my Rx somewhere else!

The pharmacy assistants here are fantastic. E.g., Becca helped me find a coupon to drop my co-pay. Good drive-thru pick-up too. Really appreciate them going the extra mile service-wise.
