I paid my phone 2 weeks ago and the sale representative had told me the phone will be unlocked within hours. I was planning to use the phone overseas. 2 weeks later I went back to the store while my trip getting closer they gave a number to call. Same process promise and nothing is done. Xfinity service is low for a reason the service is not great. The employee at this location are not well trained they don’t know what they talk about. Leaving Xfinity, they make it hard for you. Getting in touch with their customer service representatives is harder than getting in touch with your state senator. I would not recommend Xfinity or this location

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no interest in helping customers. Simple questions were met with short, unhelpful answers and an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism from a branded Xfinity partner store, but unfortunately that was not the case here. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Avoid this location!! I went to pick up my equipment for my new service, I left without it. The guy was yelling at customer service on the phone. The yells at me and another customer to move from the doorway because he will get fired if we are by the door and that he doesn’t want anyone around him while he is on the phone. I was hoping I would get help from someone else but I didn’t. He goes to get my tower and realizes I’m supposed to have a zoom box as well. He returns with it. He then tells me I can get a mobile line and asked my carrier. I chose not to share that information and he got upset that I didn’t want a mobile line. All of sudden he begins saying I will have internet but I will have to come back for the box because it’s his last one. I told him “so since it’s your last one, I can’t have it?” He said it’s broke. When he was literally bagging everything up until I didn’t want the mobile phone. He was not polite at all and I will not make double trips to this location because he wants to give poor customer service.
Then I reached out to customer and my account had been deactivated they tried to tell me I need to pay $25 to reactivate an account I did not deactivate. All this trouble for some WiFi…no thank you! I will take my hard earned money and get services elsewhere.

Literally one of the worst customer service I have seen from Xfinity store. The employee that attended us was rude and arguing. We asked him to explain the billing cycles and what we gotta pay monthly and the guy started acting rude as if he didn’t wanted to work. It was bad from a customer prespective perspective and we had to walk out of that store.

Edgar is bad sales representative we came with my parents to do an upgrade for they're phones and my dad has to be walking around because he has back problems and he was like screaming to stop walking in front of the door because of the sensors we are xfinity customer and that how he talks to all the customers that so rude
I love Martin he was so generous and help my parents good
Sorry xfinity we will not be coming here at this store

Wow, Emery is super awesome, I honestly didn't know what to expect when I came into this Xfinity location but Emery helped bring down my anxiety. I am thankful, Kem the Store Manager was very informative as well. Thank you ladies.
