A staff gave me a number and asked me to call because he didn't know and couldn't find my account at their system. Very irresponsible. The rest staffs were more like gathering than service. They only interested with their own cellphones.

Will not come back to this store. Employee was not able to find the info I needed. Rude and inefficient. Went to the store near Rice U and problem resolved.

The people at this location are extremely nice ,very cool and friendly. Even when very busy they make you feel like they're there to help ...I had a great experience with Kem she helped me out and got me out of there in time to get my kid when the store was very busy.She was super friendly exceptional customer service as well as the other employees working that very busy day. I will be recommending this location to people!

I wish I could give this company zero stars! I returned equipment, canceled my account and confirmed twice on the phone with reps that no charges would be made yet my account was debited! These people are scammers

Writing this while waiting in line. Never once was I greeted or even acknowledged. I’ve been waiting 20 mins, still I haven’t been asked how could they be of assistance or anything, four ppl arrived after me, not one was greeted either, not even a “we’ll be with you in a moment”. Extremely poor customer service exactly the opposite of the Pearland location. Never will I return to this location, I spend $300 on Xfinity service a month and poor customer service is unacceptable.

The biggest regret ever. You can never reach a rep any time of the day and if you use their chat, it’ll just type no agents available. The Xfinity mobile is the slowest data I’ve ever had on the new iPhone and the internet for my home, the modem needs to reset/restart 5 times a week which takes 15 minutes. Awful.

Xfinity behaves in a very unethical manner. My apartment complex just started providing internet services with Xfinity. However, I already had an Xfinity internet plan and I would be automatically migrated to the apartment’s plan. Xfinity did no such thing. They continued to charge me after the apartments internet plan began. So I am being charged for Xfinity internet from my Xfinity account and from the apartment complex. To try to get these charged removed/receive a refund I have been told by customer service over the phone that I should go in store and I have been told by the staff in store to call customer service. I have wasted so much of my time trying to resolve a simple issue. This is extremely ridiculous. I will never opt to use Xfinity services again.
