Definitely a nice place, not the Best Western I’m accustomed to staying at but not bad. Bathroom cleanliness was a 1/5 stars. Linens were 1/5 stars. However, staff at front desk were very nice and helpful!

Good location right off the freeway, not too far from downtown Waco. Nice, helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned well, furniture and carpets in good condition. A/C worked well. Ask for a room that's not on the freeway side.

Karen is so sweet and caring. The whole staff is very friendly. There is a bit of noise from the interstate but I tell you what. It has been an excellent stay. Karen had a smile every morning and could not ask for a more kind soul. She was amazing. Thank you for such an amazing start to my day every day.
