The whole team is awesome! I was traveling from San Antonio to Ohio. Transmission went out and they got me back on the road the next day. Ezra personally picked up the part and the team worked on their day off to get me back on the road!!! I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you guys so very much ??

On their page they say they repair all national and foreign brands but it is a lie that I took a BMW on Friday and they told me that they did not repair that brand so they should clarify that they do not repair all brands of vehicles.

Great, honest service. My car broke down (engine failure) on a weekend evening on the interstate near Waco. Roadside assistance listed Cunningham Brothers as the nearest tow destination, so I had my car towed here. The shop is closed on weekends, but after calling the number on their site, one of the staff met me on-site anyways to get my car checked in.
They diagnosed my car the next business day and got everything fixed the day after. Even after the initial diagnosis, I asked them to look for anything else they might recommend in need of attention, somewhat expecting to get hit with other unexpected repairs. Their initial diagnostic was spot on, and that's what they proceeded to repair.

REPOST: since they somehow got my first review deleted.
Sadly, it took 2 hrs for an oil change and an inspection.
Edit/Update: they called me about my 1 star review and tried to offer me free services in exchange for me deleting my bad review.
I didn't want to go on a full rant, but after that, here we go. I had arrived around 10:15 A.M. and I would have just waited in the reception room, but the receptionist had told me it was going to be a few hours, so I had paid for a Lyft. As I waited outside, an employee mistook me for another customer and informed me that the reason that the wait was so long was because the repairman was "running errands". I looked confused and he then asked me "are you the woman who wanted her keys?" And I said no, but then realized why my vehicle was taking so long. I got picked up around 10:50 A.M., but my vehicle hadn't moved. I ate, shopped around, and then at 12:25 P.M., they called to tell me my car was ready. I got there right around 1:00 P.M., but from my arrival at 10:15 A.M. to 12:25 P.M. the time elapsed was 2 hrs and 10 minutes.
So today, I get a call from Cunningham brothers.
they called me about my 1 star review and then tried to tell me that my wait time was so long because I didn't pick up my car immediately, which is false because from the time I dropped my car to the time they called me alone was 2+ hrs. So they called me to tell me that I had a bad experience because I took too long to pick up my vehicle. Then, I told the man that called me that I knew about the "repairman running errands" because I had been mistaken for another customer, and he then sighed and began apologizing and offered me a free oil changed to change my review. So sketchy. No thanks.
To wrap it up, I waited over 2 hrs because a repairman was out running errands, even though I had called the day before to schedule in advance. Then, I got called, asking to change my review because the long wait was because I didn't pick up my car fast enough (right) , then after I explained everything, was offered a free oil change in exchange for a better review. Do business elsewhere!!! So sketchy

These guys do a WONDERFUL job. They’re so sweet, super reasonable with prices, quick to get the job done and so accommodating in times of stress! I’ve used them multiple times and definitely plan to continue!

No one does business like this anymore!! These guys were fast and efficient with their communication, easily adjusted to providing clarity to frustrating situations I didn't understand, remained concerned and overtly professional the entire time, even while working with a less than helpful warranty company that took a lot of extra work on their part. I do not know how to explain how patient and calm and understanding Ezra was with every part of this tragic situation with my entire transmission going out! Definitely a business I will tell everyone about ! Personalized and detailed service at its best! Just, wow!
