When you realize they are only commercial focused now, it explains why they get negative remarks. As a commercial customer I love it. This is what we need as companies wanting to avoid the retail delays.

First they didn't know that the order was pre-paid and then they gave me an incomplete order. I did not get all the items I paid for.
