Stopped in for a haircut during a visit to Waco, TX. Checked in online and had a 5 minute wait. Predictable service at Great Clips and the price ($19) was hard to beat.
Zacari did a better than usual job on cutting my hair. I was out of the chair in around 15 minutes.
While the overall haircut was better than I usually get I think a bit more time could have been spent trimming the back of my neck and cleaning up my old man furry ears.
I wish the stylists worked consistent schedules. I used to visit a Great Clips location in Round Rock because of one stylist who did a fantastic job, but she was never there consistently, so I quit visiting that location. The last time I visited this Waco location say 3 montha ago, there was a completely different group of people providing haircuts.

I had Mrs. T for my stylist, she is the best with my short fine hair. I get a short Pixie & she does it just the way I like it done. I/we get the Senior haircuts. I have told several folks about the staff at this Great Clips. Also have been stopped & asked where I get my hair cut & I gladly tell them.

I wanted my hair short I even showed them a picture. They BUTCHERED my hair. I ended up with a man's cut. Now I have to either wear a wig hope for a miracle until my hair grows back. They didn't explain what they were doing and instead of following the picture they just did what they wanted. Save yourself.

I’m gonna rate 5 star I wish I would have gotten the lady’s name that did my hair back in January not only was she sweet but she did so good evening my hair out even the part that was damaged I left her a $20 dollar tip bc i was very satisfied

No waiting at all. Checked in on line. Ladies were super nice and listened to all my requests. Went above and beyond my expectations! Loved it! Be going back again.

They did terrible on my hair cut I went to get a trim and instead they gave me layers and they came out terrible like how I would do it and came out terrible I do not recommend this great clips

Go to place for a haircut. Do not like to wait, so I usually only go in when there is no one in any of the seats. Hardly ever get the same stylist but usually always get a good haircut 💈.

The person who cut my hair was really cool however the cleanliness was lacking. I literally watched them finish with another client and then immediately took me back without sweeping up the hair from the last person. While they were cutting my hair I was noticing that their satiation was dirty and no Barbicide in sight. Where they had all of their combs, clippers, and scissors; there were different textures and colors of hair. The dusting brush that's used after a haircut had weird specs in it that reminded me of lice. So if I happen to get lice it was more than likely this place.
