The employees here are great. They work hard, competently, and handle your issues thoroughly.
This pharmacy needs more people. They serve too many customers for the number of employees this HEB pharmacy staffs. No matter what time of day you get here the lines are half an hour to an hour long. No one should be waiting that long to pick up their prescriptions.
HEB, get your head out of your behind and hire more people.

Wow just spent my whole hour lunch plus time trying to get my antibotic for a painful infection I have to finally get it rush as fast as I can back to work open the package to take medicine and its NOT MY MEDICINE. I have been calling store no answer pharmacy line has been ringing .5 min now. wow they answered I told them they gave me someone eles medicine. they said hold on and FREAKING HUNG UP ON ME

Absolute joke of a place. The staff are so rude and there is an issue literally EVERY time I go to pick up my medicine. Only gave 1 star because I had to.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The people behind the counter are rude, I've given them my insurance twice now and they still keep trying to make me pay full price I asked a question and the lady just ignored me and started helping someone else. When she came back to me, told me to go around in the lane again to wait another 30 minutes for something the heb app texted me and told me was ready. Switching pharmacies.

I’ve always used Pharmacy Plus (GREAT, friendly service) but they unfortunately closed and I had to move my prescriptions to this HEB location.
EVERY TIME I come I’m waiting FOREVER! It’s truly the worst, whether you’re standing in line inside or in drive thru. A couple of the employees are pretty rude and get very short with you. There’s one older female that’s really difficult to work with. I would not use them unless you have to. Ridiculous service. I’ll be making the short drive to China Spring’s Pharmacy Plus

Horrible horrible customer service, rude like your bothering them, I come from dallas and their pharmacies aren't even this horrible even in the busiest places... heb when review after review is stating how rude your pharmacy employees are maybe take notice... Wendy is the worst

I visited this place and had a bad experience with a specific woman. I assumed my grandmother was exaggerating when she told me about her experiences here—that the women at the Bellmead HEB pharmacy are quite nasty and have occasionally brought her to tears. A heavyset hispanic woman appeared to be an inpatient, hurried, and commanding warden of a prison. HEB PLEASE make inventory on your employees and monitor how they are treating people! To the rude employee- You're busy, I know that. However, it is not necessary, in fact it is unprofessional and distasteful to vent your annoyance on the clients!

There are so many reasons why I rated this place as low as I did.Let me start off by saying that a few people that work there are in a good mood mostly.My problem is that EVERY TIME my doctor calls in my medications something goes wrong...the last episode was that my doctor called in 4 different prescriptions..I was standing there when the nurse faxed them in. I called them an hour later and they claimed they hadn't received the prescriptions.I got on the HEB PHARMACY phone app to check if they had received them yet. NOT ONLY did they receive them, they also posted them saying that each one of them had a different day they would fill them. Why? What? When?So I showed up in person to see if I could get some answers. The lady I spoke with looked stunned when I questioned the reason behind the pharmacy deciding to fill them when they wanted to and not as my ordered. HmmmThe lady comes back to the counter and quickly says, "they will be ready in 45 minutes.What is really going on here? When did anyone grant them the power to change the Order from the doctor? Ok..enough ranting. Sorry .? not sorry ?
