They charged us for checking out late which we have never done! Rooms we're not clean and there was not any ice not even coffee or clean towelsNoteworthy details: When we came back to stay another night they denied us our room said we checked out late which we did not we could not get the cancellations got charged for three nights and we only stayed one nightTo

I personally prefer this Motel 6 location over any of the others in Waco. It may not be the newest, but it's been better well taken care of.Safety: If you're concerned about safety matters, I believe the police are way more likely to pull you over while walking than a true street robber.

Rooms are small, and not equipped for a 5 year old Autistic Child who runs constantly (it's one of her ticks, something we cannot control) so it's very hard to maneuver around and cover dangerous objects in case of a fall. I would much rather her spin in circles which is something else she does which is much safer in my opinion than running, but overall this place was wonderful and staff are very nice provided you are also kind. If you are a smoker, I would suggest getting a smoking room so you aren't charged extra or smoke outside, this didn't happen with me, but just a warning for smokers. Kid and pet friendly for sure. Definitely a place to catch some rest for travelers or more personal like homelessness and you can at least afford to stay in a hotel like this.Rooms: Double bed rooms are tight squeezed. I would recommend only 2 adults and 2 children per room.Safety: Children with disabilities who run a lot, this isn't a safe place to do that. Parents will constantly be on their toes.Walkability: A few places are walkable provided it's not terribly hot outside i.e. A gas station and food.Food & drinks: Several food vendors around the area, very close proximity as well as a Walmart near by.

We had traveled a very long way and got here in the middle of the night the room we reserved at the oyo nobody was there to check us in after searching through 5 hotels around the price of this one we came to find out this hotel was the ONLY ONE we could find WITHOUT BED BUGS AND ROACHES!!! The staff was extremely helpful, the hotel room was clean, the water felt like soft water when we showered which was very nice! This is probably the nicest price efficient hotel I’ve stayed in in a long time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The lady that was a night was rude. N because I found a room online that was cheaper. While standing there she came back n told me the room I was booking was reserved and so I had to take a room that was $10 higher. This happened on Saturday December 30th 2023

You get what you pay for. The place is old but not bad. Only problem was the roaches. Things where everywhere. It was raining heavily and I am sure that had something to do with it. Still does not make it fun.
