The customer service at the food court is HORRENDOUS!! They are the ABSOLUTE SLOWEST employees I've ever dealt with when ordering food at a place to eat. The number of people that were waiting in line were at least a dozen and the turnaround time for one order was about an average of 30 minutes per person. The checkout cashier would take the online orders first before even taking anyone that was in line. Whomever manages this location needs to focus on the food court staff and their speediness.

Well geez! No products that aren't damaged it some way. No food samples. And by far the nastiest restrooms I have ever seen. P*** on the walls, paper holders and toilets. The smell was un Godly like the devil himself shops here. These restrooms haven't been cleaned in a long while. Then I noticed p*** on produce. Same smell. We left , would eat anything out of that gross store. Next stop Temple Sams Club

Sam's club is horrible! Never go here! I wanted to get a hot dog and a chocolate frozen yogurt thing AND THEY WERE OUT!!!! So I had to get a vanilla frozen yogurt and a pizza. So after that I went to grab my spoon and they were all out except one, AND IT WAS STUCK!! I know these are little things to you but these things drive me crazy! Costco please come to Waco!

Never have what we need for a business. We buy something like it and then it disappears ask about it been discontinued. This before Covid so can't use that as a excuse. Most employees don't smile or even look at you.

Bought 4.87 lbs of Angus Beef Tenderloin at Waco's Sam's Club a couple days ago. Total $97.30. Neatly packed until opened. Then a total of 0.864 lbs had to be cut out being all tendons and rock solid fat which is usually cut out before packaging. Photos and receipt available. Unbelievably miserable quality.

Again another disappointment from 8286. Went to get needed supplies for cold weather and of course they are closed. No posting online, Nothing anywhere but on the door. They should lose their license. Worst Sam's club ever!! Please Costco come to Waco.

Sam’s here is way too busy. Idk why Sam’s Corporate doesn’t open another Sam’s in the Lorena, Texas area. Today, they had almost all of what I came for! SHOCKING! The employees were friendly. Today! Shocking! THEIR CC machines are not good! Not working as credit ONLY DEBIT! Inside the store and at the gas station! This is not as friendly and as well stocked and staffed as PCB FL, or even FWB FL!

Normally, I've always enjoyed shopping at the Waco Sam's Club because of the value of their merchandise & friendly service. However, today, I was very disappointed by the actions of one of their new cashiers. A petite young lady waited on me & was as polite as expected. I paid with a $100.00 bill & awaited my change. I reviewed the transaction monitor to ensure what amount I was getting back. Then I watched the cashier pull out the bills from her register. She was fairly slow so I was able to count the funds simultaneously. She short changed me. As soon as she handed my change to me, I stated, "This is not correct!" Immediately, she responded, "Oh, I owe you $4.00!" She had purposely shortchanged me. Then, I had to wait until she waited on 2 more customers before she called a manager over. The 2 customers she waited in paid with a card so the register didn't open. Finally a manager came over & immediately handed me my change. He was not suspicious of her actions. I don't know, but suspect, the two had may have a joint rip-off operation going on. I told the manager to keep an eye on this girl because she did this on purpose. He said nothing to reassure me it was an accidental mistake. This is just a warning, be wary of your money regardless of how reputable the business establishment may be. Had the girl told me she needed $4.00, I probably would have given it to her but she showed no remorse. Great disappointment to me!

I was at Sam’s Club in Waco today. I was surprised that I was able to find Clorox Disinfectant wipes. Yay! It was 1 per customer. So, I got just one package. As I was leaving the building where they scan your receipt to make sure you have purchased everything in your cart. I was told by the worker that “Did you know If you buy Clorox wipes brand and Members Mark brand you’ll be able to buy both. Since they were different brands. I told her that wasn’t right. No wonder there is a shortage of supplies. I didn’t go back! Really! Sam’s Club! Really disappointed in Sam’s Club!
