This place is my safe place I am a local speed skater and all the staff are very good at there job and make a great work environment for other customers me included they hold the best party’s for birthdays , weddings , Christmas party’s . You name it ,and the owners are very nice and funny

I called to schedule myGrand-Baby‘s birthday party. We only scheduled the party for the skating party, only which included things that were listed on the website paid my $50 deposit made it to the skating rink on time did not order any food anything like that unless we paid for outside what we paid for the party on the website it tells you the exact prices and the deposit is $50. All my 10 people did not show up for her party. Only six people in total showed up so as I went to go pay for the party, I was charged extra money, I was told I only pay the remaining balance The total party for the skate party. The young man told me that all the drinks and passes which were supposed to be included in the package he charged me for never again. Will I have a party at the skating rink The sad part about it is that we always come to this particular skating rink I was told over the phone that if all the people did not show for her party prices would be adjusted and the only thing I had to pay was the remaining balance that I did not pay Bad bad people at the register need to train these young people to understand your policy. I advise no one to ever book a party there unless they go in person.I’m not pleased at all we had bad experience with this location and I hate to feel like I was f”d” around and another thing all my grand babies own there own skates. so the things that came with our package was the cost of the guest and a drink for each guest game card for birthday girl and guests passes for the birthday girl and guest. i’m just upset because I was told one thing over the phone and when I went to pay for the remaining balance of my party package. I was paying told I had to pay $154 plus taxes. They charged $24.89 for party gratuities not understanding why when you Book a party and it states what all comes with the package. Plus when your told something different over the phone and then you actually show up for the party and get told something else is very unfair. I was told that if all my guests did not show price would be adjusted.So you lie to get people to purchase packages and then charge them what you want anyways wow. I guess the 24.89 was for the skate and paper being on the table.

Fun! Took my grandson during Spring Break and he loved it. Lots of activities and an ever changing lineup to keep all age groups engaged. They have a concession stand as well. We bought the $25 All Access Pass and it included skates, all day skate, a snack and a drink. Great price and everyone was super friendly!

My 10yo son plays on Tuesday nights for Hockey Skills Class and has a blast! The Hockey Class helps teach my son the necessary skills to improve his game. He just started a few months ago and improves each week!

Love this place, service is sometimes a miss but everything else is perfect! Floor is always very well maintained no matter how many used it previously. Gotta give credit where credit is due. Atmosphere is also on point!

Attended my granddaughter’s speed skating competition and was impressed with the entire vibe of the people running the location as well as the competition. All were very enthusiastic and encouraging to the competitors and the crowd.

Skate Country is the best place for roller sports. We come here for speed skating and roller derby. Excellent facility, everyone is friendly, and there's tons for kids to do to keep them busy

We absolutely love this place. The staff goes above and beyond for these kids whether it be for skate camps or birthday parties. The facility is kept clean and the owners take so much pride in the work they are doing. We have had a number of event with friends and family. Don’t hesitate to trust Skate Waco with your next get together or night out ??

We had my daughter’s birthday here, and we had a great experience! The staff was very kind and helpful, the kids loved the games that were played while skating, and I didn’t feel like the overall price was too bad. We’ll definitely be back!

Horrible service, we spent almost the whole time we were there chasing the food register guys for service. They were too busy talking to the girls skating there.

I've been here a couple of times and it's always really great when we went there on family night we got the family pass for $40 so you can go in every Thursday and skate from 6:00 to 9:00 and it was very fun. There was kids there and they were putting suggestions for the music and it was very funny cuz they were playing good music. The staff was attentive. They also have a little play area for kids if for some reason the kids don't want to skate. They have the fun flooring which is always fun.

Had a lot of fun here with my girlfriend! Do you have to pick between this skating rink and skate Waco I would definitely pick bellmead. This place has a lot more space than Waco and less people, so it's just overall better in every possible way pretty much. However, I did get an inflatable Spider-Man doll at SkateWaco and I'm not sure if skate bellmead has that so keep that in mind.
