As soon as you walk in it presents great! It’s clean, neat and well organized. Staff are present and proactive to help you. It was my first range experience and the staff was awesome, they freely offered help but also let me sort things out on my own.

“It is a good and spacious event venue. It was clean and very well kept. The outside has a number of spots good for picture taking. The ballroom was we-decorated. Tables are too close to each other and feel crowded. Overall, a good place for party or event. There was enough parking for everyone. Parking lot has gravel and not paved.”

“8-20-2023 Attended the Waco card show in the Brazos ballroom. No other events held this day. There was Limited street parking. However I learned There is a parking lot near the waterfall entrance. Unloading was quick and easy, under the covered circle drive up. Escalators and elevators available to get upstairs. Room temperature was good, restrooms on first level were all closed but the upstairs facilities were clean, stocked and available. Vending machine was nearby. Lots of Waco historical information and photos like the corridor from parking lot entrance. Right across the street you can see the Waco suspension bridge.”
