“I cannot say enough good things about the team at Discount Tire. They truly went above and beyond for me today. They officially closed at 6:00 PM, and I didn’t pull in until 6:05. Instead of turning me away, they welcomed me in with kindness and made sure I was taken care of so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back home to DFW on a donut tire. That level of customer service is incredibly rare, and I am so thankful for their willingness to stay late to help. While I was there, I noticed a sign on the wall with Bruce T. Halle’s life lessons: Be honest. Work hard. Have fun. Be grateful. Pay it forward. It struck me because every single employee I interacted with was living those values. They were honest, hardworking, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me. Thank you to the entire team for your compassion and professionalism. You turned what could have been a stressful evening into a reminder that there are still businesses that put people first. I am incredibly grateful and will absolutely be back whenever I need tires.”

“Walking in the selections of rims and tires is crazy, they have pretty much anything you could want there. That definitely wasn't the best part tho Rosalyn I believe was her name( im so sorry if I misspelled it) she is the whole reason I decided to go through and make a purchase. She was super quick and getting us in and out. She made my wife and I feel very welcomed, we were offered water while we waited for the services to be finished. I'd recommend anyone and everyone to come by and check them out, great services, great energy from the reps what more could you ask for?! Thank you guys again for giving me a amazing experience!^.^”

“I've been having an issue with my system for years, and it never really bothered me enough, until it finally did. I stopped at this place and Chris Simmons attended me even though he was pretty busy. He took his time to explain all the possibilities that were causing the issue with my distorted sound. He recommended a filter for my RCA wires. It worked perfectly. Thank you so much for taking time of your busy day to help me!! The price for the filter was awesome! It didn't cost me an arm and a leg like some other placed try ripping you off with! I felt that my need was greater and more important to him than what they could make out of my bank account. Thank you for being a place honest and humble. You don't find that much anymore in today's society or places of business!”

“Michael was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. When I came in Austin helped get me set up and decide which set of tires were right for me. He estimated my wait time at 30-40 minutes for tires and wipers, but I was out of there in less than 20 minutes! Everyone was very kind, helpful, and efficient! I will definitely be back in the future!”
