“We showed up unannounced at Froehlich's on a Friday afternoon at 4PM. Our Honda Odyssey alternator died. The battery hadn't been charging and finally ran out as we arrived. We coasted in to an open parking place, hoping for a miracle.We were just in town for the weekend visiting from Austin, with two dogs, and had no backup vehicle to get home.Will's team got a new alternator friday afternoon from a reputable (national) parts store in Sealy, and installed it that day. It was a rebuild and was defective right out of the box, not uncommon for rebuild alternators. It was too late to get another one, so first thing Saturday morning they got another one, fixed it, worked great.Totally saved us. “Huge shout out to Eric the tow truck driver and Will at the Auto Clinic for saving our company van yesterday! We were stranded in between Houston on the way to New Braunfels on a new Chicken Salad Chic restaurant we are building and our van broke down. “I was heading to Bellville from Houston for a funeral and noticed my tire was low. I stopped and aired it up in Katy. After the funeral, I went to Jarvis to get it checked. Turned out I had a small nail in it. I had to wait about an hour because I came during lunch time, which wasn't bad. I got to visit with my cousin who was also having a tire fixed. Everything went good and I made it back to Houston just fine so I could go to work the next day. Highly recommend Jarvis if you're in the Bellville area and need help. ?”
