“We showed up unannounced at Froehlich's on a Friday afternoon at 4PM. Our Honda Odyssey alternator died. The battery hadn't been charging and finally ran out as we arrived. We coasted in to an open parking place, hoping for a miracle.We were just in town for the weekend visiting from Austin, with two dogs, and had no backup vehicle to get home.Will's team got a new alternator friday afternoon from a reputable (national) parts store in Sealy, and installed it that day. It was a rebuild and was defective right out of the box, not uncommon for rebuild alternators. It was too late to get another one, so first thing Saturday morning they got another one, fixed it, worked great.Totally saved us. “Have an issue with a continual battery drain on a 2019 Infiniti QX80. The mechanic went above and beyond to basically diagnose the problem. I was impressed by the newer state of the art diagnostic program system that was used. There is no perfect fix as this has become a known design flaw with this vehicle and the Nissan Armada. He suggested a few remedies, and I appreciate the honesty and research put into resolving this issue.I have also used Sal's for auto detailing and state inspections. I am never disappointed with their level of service. Highly recommend!”
