This storage facility has really helped us out as a family for construction work we are doing and allowed us to use the clean space provided. Natalie was an amazing property manager. She helped setup the rental, get the lock, helped on move out day where we needed questions answered she jumped in to go above and beyond. Really thankful for her hard work making this rental a smooth one.

Chelsea is amazing and goes above and beyond for her customers whenever she can. The property always looks great and the store always smells so good when I walk in. 10/10 would recommend this location to all friends and family if they are ever looking for a storage unit!

Be very, very wary of leaving your stuff here. After four months and everything is moved in, they raise the rate 30% with no notice whatsoever. They did the same thing to a friend so this is apparently how they do business. They automatically add insurance to your monthly bill unless you provide them a copy of your homeowners insurance and they approve it. My "free first month" of storage cost me $243. They set you up on autopay so you don't notice. I have called and left at least five messages. They replied once by email to say they were busy training someone. I emailed right back and have not received any response since. You can only call the local store and they do not answer and do not call back. Please call me since I cannot call you. EDIT: I called the number below again 12/6 afternoon, which is the number I have been calling and leaving messages at, after below response. I left yet another message. Again, please call me since nobody answers. I have left my number many times.

I paid for the unit on line. I have not been to the unit and am not sure how that will work out. But it’s paid for supposedly.

Staff was helpful and kind needed to rent a couple of spaces because we were moving and helped me get my account setup with auto pay. If I need another space I will be back.

We were on a super quick search for climate controlled storage units and found iStorage nearby. We saw that you could possibly set everything up online, so being in a hurry, we did just that. Upon our arrival at the facility only 10 minutes after we completed the online onboarding (super easy), we had an access code generated for us and accessibility into the gate. The unit was already clean upon our arrival, so we bought a lock at the front desk and stored a few items we had on hand. Overall, this was the best experience we’ve ever had with storage facilities.
