Old lady with glasses kept yelling and was very rude. Had me waiting for 30
Minuets just to call somebody for them not to answer. I have no words for how upset I am. Do better lady with curly hair with glasses. If you’re not happy where you work, find a different place. Treat customers better.

Had a battery change today by Mario. He did it so fast while I went grocery shopping and even brought the key out to me while I was loading up my kids. Nice people, very considerate & convenient.

I was excited to see a 7 day a week auto parts store chain move into town. I didn't get the impression from my first visit that the employees like their jobs. I expect to try them out a few more times to see if it was just a bad day.
