I like this boat storage place. I'm a first-time boat owner, but a long-time boat user. I grew up on the lake. This place is literally a stones throw from a boat ramp and lake. Wes, the owner is very nice and very accommodating. He is improving the facilities to make it easier to store my boat. My boat is in a covered storage unit. It is a no frills kind of place. Wes is a good communicator and reaches out monthly. The facility is small and feels exclusive, which I very much like. There is no drama, no traffic, no waiting on a gate when there. Wes has the facility on his property, so if you need him, he's there. It's nice, no frills, and exclusive feeling kind of place.

Great storage facility for the Lake Belton Yacht Club. Close to the lake. Perfect to store our small boats and gear. The owner (Wes) is great at making sure everything is safe & secure. Price is well worth it and very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Great boat storage. Wes, the guy who owns it, is awesome. Storage facilities have been recently remodeled and are in great shape, and right on the boat ramp!
